While the home is being sold or leased, our best Service Providers will complete all necessary work at the “old” home: thorough cleaning all repairs and updates accomplished each area properly staged and photographed keep everything in tip-top shape “from lawn care to light bulbs” We transfer utilities and services, notify companies and individuals of the move, and redirect subscriptions and services to the new address, and work with your Real Estate Professionals.
