"These folks were outstanding. The went out of their way to fix my problem quickly and save me a little money as well. My water suddenly shut off. They were at my house the same day" and had the issue identified and fixed before I was home from work. They were also very friendly and willing to explain everything they did, it was very easy working with them. If you have a well, use these folks!

"My husband and I are both well newbies and
has become our “go-to” well guy. He is knowledgeable, honest and trust worthy. This is the second time" we’ve called
for well related service. First time, we lucked out by finding him on the internet when our well pump stopped working. It was on a Sunday and he came out within a couple hours of our call to him and fixed the issue. This time we wanted to have a manual pump installed as an emergency backup in case our power ever went out. He went over all our options along with pricing. Once we decided on a pump, he offered to come out that same day for the install! We highly recommend
to anyone who needs their well serviced!

"In October 2010 we noticed our well pump coming on with no water running and eventually lost pressure.
came out, dug up the well and replaced our very old and" rotted foot valve. We found him to be exceptionally knowledgeable, hard working, pleasant and professional. He showed a friendliness and concern for the welfare of his customers that is all too rare these days, and the price was quite reasonable for the amount of work and time spent. Then four years later in 2014 we noticed the pump coming on again, indicating either a leak like a running toilet somewhere in the house (which we couldn't find) or a possibly expensive leak in the well piping. Concerned, I left a voice mail message which
promptly responded to. Over the phone he patiently guided me through some tests that showed there was no leak on the well side of the pump. Just to be sure, I continued to monitor the pump for couple of days then left another phone message with follow-up questions. To my surprise (and without my asking)
came to the house and repeated the tests to confirm there was no problem at the well. He then remained for a long time carefully checking the entire house for leaks and offering a lot of valuable advice. There was no charge for this service. Here is a well established local business that is definitely worthy of your trust.

Wells and pumps

Water supplied by wells is just as safe, convenient and reliable as municipal water supplies and millions of homes around the country rely on wells. But relying on a well requires an understanding of its components, and regular maintenance and testing.

was punctual, professional and polite. When I called he answered the phone personally and told me, based on the jobs he was currently working on when he could come and review my problem. When he arrived he examined my water system and gave me a cost with time estimate. I was very satisfied with his work.

This service was required because installation of a swimming pool decommissioned the existing wells and connections from all watering zones to the valves, pump and timer. Since
Prairie Village Water Pump Services Provider Name Locked
did the initial installation, it made the most sense to contact them to rebuild.
I spoke with Rich early in the pool building process to ensure the sprinkler work was properly coordinated with the pool construction. Each time he was great to deal with; ultimately our job started a bit later in the day than originally thought, but he contacted me the day before to let me know about an emergency job that would cause this. This kind of communication is getting rarer and rarer, and it was much appreciated.
At the agreed-upon time, 3 workers arrived and completed the work in what I would say was record time. The whole job took only about 4 hours, when originally I had been told it would take probably twice that. I was very pleasantly surprised. The three guys were friendly, conscientious (insisting on putting my hose away, which they had used, even after I said I'd be happy to take care of it myself).
I will definitely contact this company again for any service my sprinkler system needs. They're professional, knowledgeable and fast.

The service and installation went perfect. Within a very short time the water was clear and no longer had an odor.

Just last week the pump in the well shorted out. We had to shut everything down and have a new pump installed. Then had to get everything up and running again.

was able to talk me thru everything over the phone and called to be sure all was back working fine.

I'm very happy that I found him on Angie's List and chose to go with him rather than a chain company that I called first.

came out to look at our well, but couldn't open the crawl-space door. He checked the outside well and said the pump wasn't shutting off. I went home shortly after and was able to pry open the door with a small crowbar, and I am a female. Called
Prairie Village Water Pump Services Provider Name Locked
and told him there was water all over the crawl-space which has a sandy bottom. He asked if someone had been in the crawl-space recently. I told him our plumber had been out a couple of months ago to repair the outside faucet.

said to have the plumber come out and take a look. The plumber determined there was water bubbling under the pump and said to shut off the pump--and to only turn it on as needed. I called
Prairie Village Water Pump Services Provider Name Locked
and told him what the plumber said. He agreed with the plumber about shutting off the pump. He said he would call before coming out the next day. Since I didn't hear from him by 10am the next day, I called to ask approximately what time they would be out, that the pump was shut off, and that I had put up a screen to ventilate the crawl-space. He said it was a rain day and some of his crew didn't come in to work, but that they would be out sometime the next day. I called the next morning to see when they would be out.

said if they didn't make it out today, to call him tomorrow morning. Since we had been without water for 3 days, I called another company. The other company came out the same day and replaced a leaky pipe and fittings the next day, and that solved the problem.
