We have several options available for staging: Pre-Market Staging Evaluation - if you're thinking of moving and know you need to do some things but you're not sure what you need to do, this is where you would begin. After talking with you about what you are trying to accomplish, we will conduct a thorough walk through of the interior and exterior of your home. You will receive a comprehensive, written, detailed report of what you may need to do to sell your home for top dollar in today's market. This report will summarize the recommendations for decluttering, depersonalizing, cleaning, organizing, repairing, updating and anything else that might affect selling your home. Since Melinda Bartling has been a licensed Realtor in Kansas and Missouri since 1987, she knows what buyers are looking for in today's market. The price for the pre-market staging evaluation is $150. "Now to WOW" Amazing Rearranging Makeover - this is the actual home staging process - rearranging your own things to create your best look. Most of the time, sellers will complete recommendations suggested in the pre-market staging evaluation before the "Now to WOW" takes place. Depending on the size of the home, we can normally stage 2-3 rooms in 2 hours. Angie's List price for the pre-market staging evaluation and 2 hours of staging is $250. Anything over two hours will be billed at $75 per hour. If you need help organizing or doing any of the items specified in the pre-market evaluation, those items can be completed by our staff for $75 per hour. Amazing Rearranging is for people who are not moving but know their home could use a little pick me up. This process begins with an Amazing Rearranging Consultation to determine what you are trying to accomplish. Whether you want to change your whole house or just one area of your home, we can help give you a new, updated look by using your own things in a different way. It's a quick fix when you're sick and tired of looking at the same old stuff the same old way. We may also make suggestions of adding new furniture, accessories or a fresh coat of paint that will add to your decor. The consultation and two hours of rearranging is priced at $250 for Angie's List subscribers. Anything over two hours will be billed at $75 per hour. If you need help with new furniture or accessories, we can also help with that. We have wholesale resources that we make available to our clients. Shopping sprees are billed at $75 per hour. We can help you chose just the right items that will work for your home to create a home that you will love coming home to once again. Our services are fast, fun and very affordable.
