We factor in all possible tasks that need to be completed so that we can minimize or eliminate the “additional work orders”. Other companies tend to bid the project on the low end in order to get the job and then they have multiple “additional work orders” that end up taking the customer over their projected budget. * We Perform The Majority Of The Work Ourselves: Unlike many of our competitors who bid the job and then use numerous sub-contractors, we perform most of the work ourselves. When a need to utilize sub-contractors arises, we have a select few companies whom we have built up a solid working relationship with who have the same quality of work ethic and customer service values that Cornerstone Remodeling has. * We Are Committed To Site Orderliness And Cleanliness: Having one’s home remodeled can be a stressful experience and we strive to make this process as smooth as possible for our clients.
