came out a month ago and gave me an estimate but was unable to do the work for several weeks because he had other jobs. But he put me on" his schedule and showed up as promised. He and his team arrived on time and in a little over two hours, the work was completed, including the clean-up. I was very satisfied with the job and would highly recommend him.,

did an excellent job. I have used them in the past on my previous home. They have never disappointed me. They are the only business I will consider for gutter work.

Two notes #1 20 feet is going to cost you more per foot that 100 feet.  #2 All prices are relative to Your market ie Omaha is less expensive than St Lious.  Here expect to pay on the 100 foot job $5 to $6 per foot of gutter (5" aluminum) plus the $4 to $5 a foot for the downspouts and $15 to $20 for soffit and facsia covering ie vinyl soffit panels and painted or vinyl clad aluminum covering the fascia.  In the trade a soffit & fascia job.

Unless you are constructing a French Drain (dry well filled with rock or debris and no exit) style system you use a non perforated system.  Cut the plastic flush on the angle where it daylights if the slope is great enough,  If you need it river rock can be used to construct a dry riverbed type drainage ditch out from the daylighted drain.

Short answer: It's up to you. Many home remodeling contractors, including exterior remodelers, don't expect a tip since they've already provided a set price within the contract, but if you really feel that they've gone above and beyond, you may feel obliged to tip them. Angie herself answered a very simliar question in a recent column: Should I tip my remodeling contractor?

Not knowing what type of eaves (the lower edge of the roof) you had before the new soffits were intalled I have to guess what might have happened. If you had closed eves (no soffits, just rafter tails with blocking between) before as was done on some older homes it is possible they removed or drilled holes through to the attic. When this was done there should have been a baffle installed to direct the air flow up and over the insulation. This would only be possible for the soffit installer to do if the wood blocking was removed and not just had holes drilled in it. If the insulation contractor did not go all the way to the exterior wall that could very well be the cause or it he did not make sure the insulation was pushed down to make contact with the ceiling material. If the house was never cold before I would bet the problem is at the eaves. You should call the insulation company for an answer.

The ice build-up in the gutter should not, provided they are properly attached and solid, rip out the gutter.

When you get snow slides and large chunks of frozen precip that let go and slide down the roof with velocity, those are what tear off the gutters and create damage.

If you are concerned about the snow load, a snow rake and/or a proper roofer can remove some of the accumulated snow.

Some ice damming is unavoidable in the correct conditions but I would urge you to look into proper ventilation of the roof and air sealing and insulation.  This will reduce your home's inclination to form these ice dams in the future.

Gutter Installation reviews in Liberal

The existing trim on my porches had evidently been installed by the previous home owner. According to a neighbor, about 5 years ago the previous owner spent a lot of time doing it. However, it did not appear to be a very professional job. In any case, I had not planned to work on the porches prior to having my house painted. I figured they were a little ugly but would be a future project. The painting estimate had just been finalized and I was given a tentative schedule for the work to begin when I woke up shortly after to find a substantially sized i-bolt holding hanging planter with a a Boston fern had fallen out of the beam holding up my porch. I was advised to have the beam checked for rot. This created a situation where time was of the essence because this porch issue needed to be resolved before the painting proceeded on the house.

came within a day of me calling him and gave me an estimate for removing the existing trim on the front porch and replacing it. We agreed if the wood needed replacing, I would have my carpenter do it, so, we knew there may be lag time between the demo and re-install if carpentry was required. I thought

's quote for the front porch was so reasonable compared to another quote I had received that I asked him to quote the side porch as well . The total quote was reasonable and I decided to bite the bullet and do both porches and get it over with.

gave me a date to start the work on the porches and assured me he could get it done before the painting crew showed up. Then, weeks of rain intervened making outside labor impossible and pushed both the trim and painting scheduled dates out. Once the rain left the forecast and I had the new painting schedule, I called

and he said even though he also had work that had been rescheduled, he would get the trim done before the painters showed up.

's employee that showed up on the scheduled day (albeit a lit late in the morning) to remove the trim. Once

got going, he worked quickly and efficiently and finished about 4 PM. He cleaned everything up and we discussed the wood.
Apparently, the previous owner must have wrapped the beams after they had begun to show signs of age and decay. Perhaps he was not aware some of the decorative wood which had wrapped the support lumber had rotted to the point of requiring replacement. I had a carpenter come and do the woodwork. However, that took a couple weeks and we were dangerously close to the painting crew arrival.

was very cooperative and got

back to my house very quickly and finished up the trim work as the painters we doing their prep for painting. The trim on both porches is beautiful. The difference in how the porches look now is remarkable.

did not rush because of the schedule, but he worked carefully, consistently, and professionally. The result is better than I ever imagined it would be and I am happy to know my porches are not only structurally safe but also quite attractive and true to the look of my 115-year-old house. I would definitely recommend

installed all new gutters and one new downspout for my home. I am especially grateful because he did this with his team on very short notice. I live in the hills and was having my house painted and had scaffolding around my house that was about to be taken down in two days.
Liberal Gutter Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
agreed to come over the next day to have the gutters installed. He smartly recommended a new downspout location in the front of my house (I believe the old downspout location to be the cause of some flooding in my laundry room). In the back of my house, he was able to use existing old downspouts at no additional cost. He was fair and honest throughout the entire process, and I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for new gutters. I already recommended him to my neighbor. His prices were on par/slightly cheaper than competitors. don't hesitate to call

!Estimate given on

7th. I called on a number of occasions to confirm that they would be able to replace my gutter by the end of the month as I was leaving on a long trip shortly thereafter. They did come on

29th and replaced the entire gutter. They worked very efficiently and after a couple of rainstorms, it appears that the new gutter (which is a K-Guard) is working very well. I am hoping, as per their assurances, that I won't need to having someone come over and replace my gutters every year

and his team did a great job. As they removed the old gutters they stacked them up and kept everything out of the way so their work did not interfere with our ability to come and go as needed. Prior to the install,

Got a prompt response when I called for an appointment. They advised Angie's discount in effect. I had to cancel the original appointment 24 hours before- no problem. They were late for the 8/7 appointment, so I called and owner

It went well, they are a really good company. I ran a housing rehab program for my county and I've had a lot of experience with contractors. The sign of a good contractor is how they deal with these things and they took care of it in a very professional and proficient manner.

We had
Liberal Gutter Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
install 200' of 6" seamless gutters plus 92' of Expanded Wire Gutter Guards and all the required downspounts on our home for $2,800.
The gutters look great and perform well. We had our gutters wrap around and drain from the side so they are not too obvious.

We had a peskly roof leak from a faulty installed furnance stack and another leak from old flashing.

came out and professionally repaired and replaced these items and painted them to match our roof - then gave us a 3 year warranty on their work - all for $475 !.
