You will have to find out what your model costs new - looks like they run from about $400 to 1700 depending on size. IF yours is at the lower end, might be just as cheap to replace it, with parts and labor. If not low end, then repair probably works. Typical pricing of components that might have gone out - switch $80, timer/control unit $130, heating element $100 (probably most likely to have failed) - so if only one of these went out, figuring $100-200 labor, probably cheaper to fix it. I would contact your dealer for a better idea.
BTW - here is a Saunatec instruction on maintenance on the heating element and rocks, failure to follow can shorten heating element life, if that is what went out (and probably the simplest to replace) -

No surprise why. looks like it needs additional attention.
What really sets
One example: Just before winter (and not too long after we moved in to our current home) we realized that the prior homeowners had not left the (custom-sized) pool cover behind. It would have taken me ages to gather the measurements, figure out how to find a cover that could be attached using our current fittings, obtain quotes/find a manufacturer, etc.
PS: I'd also be remiss if I didn't mention how awesome & responsive their phone service is as well. Super friendly - all the time. Everyone at
but what we got is a faulty product and and unprofessional service.
First , we found out the chlorinator they ordered was faulty, never working to generate chlorinate. It is Free Style, made by Fluidra which we couldn't even find the where the factory is. We tried to talk to the owner,
second, their service is also very unprofessional. i have been to their store several times, the owner never show up, but only a young man who don't give any useful suggestion. i even asked for paying the balance to get a better chlorinator who he thinks is a good way to solve the problem. But the owner
last, today , i found out the pump they replaced on March is not working now. i couldnt stand anymore. i have to find a decent company to set the system right.
the whole summer was a nightmare for my family. we have to check the chlorinator every morning to turn it on because the technician dint wire it right. we have to pay for someone to turn on it when we are not at home. salt water system is supposed to be a lower maintenance system but since we didnt have a right one that caused me more work on it. actually, the most summer time, the pool was green with alga keep growing. we had to add strong shock to control it. after all the work, what is the point to switch to salt water system? paying more money but only more work...
i am looking for a good pool service company or technician to settle my problem. and hope someone here can refer one to me.
Around early November 2013, several attempts were made to inquire about the date the pool would be winterized and the cover installed. During those phone conversations, I was never told that the cover wasn’t yet ordered, rather, I came home one day to find
When I opened my pool in Spring of 2014, I discovered a stream of water coming out under the concrete decking. I immediately contacted
