"From the moment I called and talked to
he was professional and definitely knew what he was talking about. We appreciated that he called the night before to" confirm and when he was going to be a few minutes late he called to let us know. When he arrived he asked us questions to make sure we were getting what we needed. He gave his opinion of how the piano should be serviced based on how we were going to use it. He didn't try to up sell us on unnecessary servicing. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend. don't find business people like him these days and we really appreciated the work he did and his level of professionalism.

"I took advantage of this company's special featured on Angie's List for $90 piano tune. He promptly contacted me and scheduled a convenient appointment. He called the day" of service to confirm his arrival and then again to let me know he was running early and would I be agreeable to him coming earlier. He was pleasant and the piano sounds great! I would use his services again. Prior piano tunes were in the neighborhood of $125-$150 so I felt this was an excellent value.

knows everything about the piano. The board covering the keys was stuck and couldn't be slid in or out. He took the whole thing apart and repaired it" so it works. He not only tuned the piano but also noticed that the felt coverings on the keys were battened down over so much use. With his magical tool he was able to soften the felt of each key and the
is like it was when it was new. When I initially contacted him, he called me back the same day and we made a mutually convenient time for him to come to repair my piano. I will not use anyone else from now on.

was very personable and professional, plus clearly more knowledgeable than tuners we've had in the past. Our piano hadn't been serviced in a long while. He very patiently brought it up to a great standard, correcting the action on the keys and extra noise that had developed over the years. I had been told at one point by another technician that it needed hundreds of dollars of repair, but Mr.
Leawood Piano Tuners Provider Name Locked
assured me it did not need serious repair. I appreciated his honesty. We agreed on the cost before he went to work and there were no surprises. I will certainly call on his services again, and will recommend him to friends as well.

He was very courteous in coming in to tune the piano. Did a nice job, and was very serious about his work.
Suggested that due to the age of the piano and pegs used to anchor the strings, there might be some loosening, and it might
go out of tune again. If that happens, he can make another visit and apply piano "glue" to the pegs to tighten them up and
keep from slipping.
I would definitely get him to tune our piano again.

evaluated our Steinway B grand piano in detail. He presented us with an honest review of its condition. He told us the facts about this 90 year old classic, and gave us options for repair and maintenance. He answered questions as we made decisions on how to proceed. He has had much experience with Steinways and other outstanding pianos. I will use his services again when the need arises. Excellent!

Bill was quick to return my call and within a week was able to come and tune as well as repair our piano. He was very professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and reasonable. After chatting with him, I realized he was the one, who years earlier, recommended a company to completely rework the inside of our piano and refinish the cabinet. They did a wonderful job. Bill was able to give me the year my piano was made and the history of the company. I was impressed by his knowledge and expertise. I found him to be very honest as well. I had previous piano tuners who had overcharged and over exaggerated what needed to be done to repair keys. I found this out when Bill simply used WD 40 to fix the same keys that I thought were fixed before. Bill has been doing this his whole life and his experience is invaluable. I will only have him work on my piano from now on.
