was great! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He addressed any concerns and questions we had pre and post installation. All the work was done within one day and best of all they cleaned up pretty well. Having the insulation and solar fans installed in the attics cooled down the inside of the house instantly. Looking forward to some savings on my FPL bill.

Our audit was great. She was on time. Performed all test and was insightful and professional. We received a 17 page report about our house and a plan for priority list of repairs.

It was great receiving the free

light bulbs and free digital thermometers during the energy audit and that was well worth the visit(although the auditor put me to work and asked me to install 20 new bulbs into our recessed ceiling lights). Again, I was happy to do it since we were receiving the light bulbs for free, however, I did find that a little odd that they were putting me to work during the visit. They provided a quote for insulation services and we're supposed to call me back the next day at a specified time to schedule the service, but never called and haven't heard from them since. In addition, we set up a separate appointment to have an expert in ductless mini split systems come to our house. Although nice, we quickly realized how inflated this company's prices are, probably because they don't perform the work themselves, they contract it out and they need to be able to pay for these marketing programs that provide free light bulbs, etc to everyone. They quoted $30,000 for a ductless mini split system, but offered a 12% discount if we closed by the end of the month. Yikes! Seriously? We had originally planned on doing the insulation work with them, but the lack of follow up in addition to all the poor Angies List reviews raises a lot of red flags. we've since had two additional local (highly rated Angies List companies) come and quote out prices for the ductless mini split systems and I will be updating this review with their quotes. Ultimately, the energy audit was beneficial to receive the free products, but it's only to suck you into purchasing additional services that are overpriced and their sales tactics are a little bit creepy.

Communication was great. Tenants commented that they could feel a real difference .

(the supervisor I dealt with) talked frankly about projects really worth doing and those with less than stellar payback. No push just professionalism with a nice percentage of friendly.

They were punctual and professional. Excellent interface with me. They produced a report of their findings which seemed appropriate for the age and construction of my house. The report included prices for the various recommended corrections, some of which I decided to do myself.

The installation went ok. However, I am not saving NEARLY as much on my electric bill as I was

to believe. The solar panels are not cost-effective. My savings are barely paying the interest on the home-improvement loan I took out. I cannot recommend solar panels.

They were very professional and had a good attitude. Walked through all of the details of the house regarding efficiency and insulation. Made some suggestions and provided a quote with some tax rebate information included.

The day before the duct sealing, a separate contractor (provided as part of the sealing process) came to our house to clean the duct. Our house is only five years old and was surprised at the amount of drywall dust and other construction debris that come out of our system. The second day,

came with a crew of three others to seal the duct. The process began with sealing off all of the supply and return grills in the house, and blocking air flow through the furnace. They began the sealing process on the supply side. The initial leakage was 139 cfm. At this value, the system barely would have passed current code. The sealing process only took about 25 minutes to complete. We found several large leaks that were patched, and the final result was the leakage dropped to 6 cfm. Once the supply was completed, the equipment was switched to the return duct. Not surprising given the construction method the return system had 309 cfm of leakage. Sealing the return look a little longer, but they were able to get the final leakage rate down to 40 cfm.
Throughout the process

explained what was happening and how the process worked. The crew did a very good job of covering everything in the basement. The process works by injecting a polymer into the duct as an aerosol. As it leaks out of the duct it seals the leak. During the sealing, it is possible to see the aerosol for a haze in the air. They use air cleaners to capture the haze. Once they left I didn't notice any residual residue from the process.
I haven't had enough time to tell if sealing has helped the temperature variations we were experiencing. It does feel like there is more air coming from the vent in his room. I also have increased peace of mind knowing I am not breathing everything that is inside of my walls.

All went very well. The electrician explained the existing system in terms that were very clear to understand. The owner,

was scheduled to come late on Thursday and called to tell us he had a flat tire that needed to be taken care of. We agreed that he would send his partner at 8AM the next morning. Partner and assistant arrived promptly the next morning and completed the job quickly and efficiently. We were very satisfied.
