The facility has two large banquet rooms, bar, and full kitchen for caterers. Host to all types of events including business meetings, seminars, board meetings, retreats, bridal showers, baby showers, weddings, and other private events. Facility has original woodwork, floors, stained glass, bath fixtures. Period replica lighting. Custom built bar with inspiration piece from Marion College library. Doors to kitchen were found at salvage yard retrieved from an old Indianapolis public school building. Ample street parking. Owner operated.
