"I have personally worked with a small team from
beginning in January 2013 through current. This team is made up of a carpenter who is excellent with exterior" repairs as well as building patio gates, caulking and painting. He has had at least two other individuals working closely with him during this time frame. They are a team and work well together. The guys are professional, will listen to input from me. Our community has been impressed with their professionalism and often owners have requested this team to perform personal work such as painting doors. living spaces, garages etc. This major repair project still has one year remaining on the contract and we look forward to our continued good working relationship after this project is completed. One thing that is critical to the success of any project is: Make a list of specifications - what you want done, how you want it done and the materials you want used. BE SPECIFIC! Negotiate your price Get a contract I personally highly recommend
for your exterior painting and repair needs.

Finish carpenters can design, build and install woodwork structures in your house to enhance the quality and adorn the attractive appearance of your home. There carpenters can complete several different jobs for new homes or remodeling of an existing house.

Baseboards and molding

Baseboards and molding serve a practical function -- covering up the space where walls and floors join, as well as protecting the wall from scuffs and dents. But they also provide a decorating opportunity.

You need a general contractor - prefereably one who specializes in additions, because you have excavation, waterproofing, concrete, concrete cutting, carpentry, door and window, etc trades to coordinate.

The cost will depend a great deal on your topography around the house - if the base of the window will be above ground level at least 6 inches, then could run about $500 for a legal egress window purchase and about $1000-2000 for installation, depending on how deep into the concrete you have to cut.

If the bottom of the window will be below ground level, then to call it a bedroom (which mandates legal sized second egress and usauully at least one window)  then you will have two choices - bring it out into a solid watertight concrete storm cellar with collar to keep water out, stairs, and and weather and bug-tight cellar door that is inward-opening, which means a lot of space for stairs and landings top and bottom, or bring it out into an oversized window well at least 36 inches in diameter, and with steps to ground level, with adequate drainage and waterproofing to keep it dry. Either way, sometimes about as easy to put in an outside door as a window, and might raise property value more. Cost from $2-5,000 depending on how deep into concrete wall you have to dig, whether concrete wsall needs reinforcing with steel frame because of the depth of cut, how easy the digging is, and what your water conditions are near the foundation. The last thing you want to do is create an easy water or vermin ingress with your egress.

Dictated by Federal LAW , you will need a Licensed and EPA Certified HVAC Contractor

to make such repairs . In fact , by law , ONLY A licenesed HVAC contractor can buy or install

said eguipment , NOT A handyman nor general contractor !

YES , You should have an A.C. sleeve surrounding the through the wall unit . These sleeves will usually accompany NEW products , either as a package or an add on equipment purchase.

Contact a Licenesed PROFFESSIONAL at once !

It depends on what type of ramp you need. If it is built out of wood you could look for a carpenter or a deck company. If you are looking for a concrete ramp a mason would be what you are looking for. There are also metal ramps and I believe some medical supply companies may carry them or be able to steer you in the right direction. As for insurance coverage I am not sure. You may have coverage and would be best talking to your agent. Depending on why you need this ramp there may even be programs through your local government or even some of the local charities might help. It might be a project a local Scout Troop might help out on.

arrived exactly on time. after going over the projects, he got right to work. I really appreciated not having to schedule another day for the work to start after agreeing on the costs etc.
He patched old exhaust vent holes in the concrete wall and deteriorated cinder block in the pool pump room. The biggest project was to replace some wood siding on the second story. We have a mansard roof with inset windows and the T1-11 siding below the windows had become rotted.
Richmond Carpenters Provider Name Locked
replaced it all with
Richmond Carpenters Provider Name Locked
Board cement board and painted it as well. I looks great and he handled a few unexpected situations very well.
Richmond Carpenters Provider Name Locked
is a great guy. easy going and does great work.
I was also impressed that
Richmond Carpenters Provider Name Locked
the owner called to follow up on how the project went. I will use them again, no question about it.

Considering everything, the project went well. The workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend the carpenter,
Richmond Carpenters Provider Name Locked
. His work was outstanding. All of the workers were polite and efficient. They were also very neat!
Richmond Carpenters Provider Name Locked
has a good relationship with many suppliers so choosing and delivering fixtures, finishes and furnishings went very smoothly. The painters did an amazing job of matching the gumwood trim color on the new windows. Everyone worked hard to get the project done on time, although issues with the cabinets did push the finish deadline out about 10 days. The finished product is gorgeous.
However, we had trouble in two areas: the project manager had a family emergency (unforeseeable and no one's fault) which pulled him away from the project and resulted in some pieces of the project getting off track. The kitchen designer was the main source of our issues with
Richmond Carpenters Provider Name Locked
. She was often unavailable, conversations and instructions did not translate to accurate designs, and her mismanagement of the design, placement, and order of the cabinets delayed the finish and forced us to compromise on details. The expertise we expected, and initially tried to work with, was not there. Our house is 75 years old and we knew the quirks and foibles but she was unwilling to accommodate those quirks or what we knew worked in the space because we had lived in it for 35 years.
I would recommend
Richmond Carpenters Provider Name Locked
but definitely not their in-house designer. This would have been a near perfect project without her. As with any project, I would recommend that the homeowner keep very detailed notes of all orders, designs, and changes.

I have a great deal of respect for a company that stands behind their work the way AllPhase does. I have reached out to them and always get an immediate response, even on the weekend. I would recommend to anyone.

is meticulous with his work which works well for me since I am also meticulous about my home. He was quick and neat. Cleaned up behind himself extremely well. Very good quality of work. I had to wait awhile to get him here because he was so busy but it was worth the wait.

Very pleased! The cabinets arrived with crown molding to install which was more than I wanted to tackle. After a great experience on another job, I asked
Richmond Carpenters Provider Name Locked
to cut and install the crown for the cabinets. The tricky parts were doors needed to be lowered and the crown had a rope trim already inlaid.
Richmond Carpenters Provider Name Locked
and his partner did a great job adjusting the doors and matching the rope at the corners. They were in and out in a couple hours with nothing to clean up. Plus, they worked me in on short notice.
