The first week the flooring and framers came in. They got the floor installed and the framing done. The next week they worked on installation of the windows and finished framing the upstairs.
Workers cleaned their mess up everyday inside and out.
The framers were very friendly and respectful.
Drywall team were also very friendly.
He always stuck with budget and if it was a little over he took care of it.
I was happy because on the last day i got a credit. = )
Another positive i liked was that i got to met his framers and electricians ahead of time before they did the work.
I am VERY happy about his work and i would recommend him to everyone.

Refine's design services were very good, but communications and interaction with their sales person left a lot to be desired. Frankly, my middle of the road grading is a result of this problem. The owner of the business and I talked. He acknowledged the problems and is taking steps to resolve them. I also told him what rating I would give him. He seemed to accept my criticisms as fair and I have confidence he is committed to making my experience something of the past.
The original intent of having him over was the outside post that had rotten boards. After replacing the boards, he left the post with a gaping hole on the bottom.
My wife wants to call him back to fix the post. I've discouraged her from doing so because of his shoddy work and I'm pretty sure he wouldn't come anyway. "
His masonry work had to be redone three times before it was acceptable. After he left the job we found out 3 of the bricks at the
tops of 3 panels of window trim were not even set in mortar. We allowed him to complete Phase 1 and then dismissed him. We should have done it sooner. We lost money on this job because we had to hire someone else to complete it.
We rehired the partner/worker that we had requested in the first place and the 2d phase was completed to our satisfaction.
