Concrete Repair Reviews in Noblesville

I was extremely happy and pleased with the results. It looks fabulous. In fact, we will be asking them back next summer to do decorative edging around all the trees in the yard.
was extremely helpful when he came to the house in his truck that had examples of all the possibilities. He even helped pick out the color to match the brick which has shades of a light yellow. The workers were pleasant and very helpful. I felt they went out of their way to do an excellent job.

Several days later and at the first opportunity, workers showed up to dig down against the foundation to reach the point where the water line entered my basement. The digging location was behind the a/c unit, a very confining area. The workers were extremely careful in their work and finished in about two hours. I really appreciate
's cooperation and sense of urgency to fix the problem to stop water from leaking into my basement. Thank you!

Concrete Repair reviews in Noblesville

She was not honest with me from the beginning. We started out with a contract for a driveway and then we added on sidewalks and stamping later during the project. We signed the contract in April,at that time she promised us the third week of May they would begin work. When that didn't happen, in spite of repeated calls, they didn't come until June 24th, six weeks past her promised date. She gave rain as a reason, however when I spoke to one of her workers he said that they "really hadn't missed hardly any time due to rain", that they "probably poured when they shouldn't have".

The work that they did on the sidewalks and patio was pristine. After seeing the sidewalks I wanted to put a diamond shaped stamp in the center of the driveway to match. They came out the day after completing the sidewalks and patio to work on the driveway, When I asked

how much additional it would be for the diamond shaped stamp she said $1500. The stamp is a 4 foot by 4 foot diamond, so I thought the price was too much in light of the fact that she had done my entire back 61'x4' stamped sidewalk for $1220. When I expressed my surprise,

said "That's the price

, take it or leave it!" I hated to pay so much, however I figured the Angie's List discount for 10% would end up paying for that stamp in the end.

When I mentioned the 10% discount she said I couldn't use the coupon and got angry, [It should not have been a surprise to her as I purposely laid my Angie's list book on the table as we discussed business]. She said, I've already gave you a good price! [when they would not come out to address the problems, I had another contractor stop by to see if anything could be done, he asked , what did they charge you 15,000? He also said "What a mess, it can't be fixed"]!!! She was so angry she said "Well then I'll just have them rip out the sidewalks and patio." I responded that she couldn't do that as I would call the police, she then said "I just won't pour your driveway." I said that was fine, I would pay for the sidewalks and patio that was already done and get someone else to do the drive. [In April I had given her a down payment of $3,575]. Realizing she stood to loose money she changed her mind and demanded $7,000 before she would pour the driveway. While they waited I went to the bank that day and paid the $7,000. As they were working on the driveway it started to sprinkle and they were unable to finished until the next day. She told me to give

the rest of the money the next day when the job was completed, on June 27th. When

and his co-worker got ready to leave we gave the

the remaining money. The last thing they should have done was seal the drive [the seal is a clear coat]. You are not suppose to walk on that till the next day.

When we did look at it the following day we saw that they never sealed it, and that it also had orange-yellow streaks over the entire driveway, the look of broken veins. Further observation showed that the diamond had no points on it tips and didn't match the color or evenness of the sidewalk stamps. The outer a shape of the diamond is not defined, just mushy looking aggregate connects it to the rest of the drive. We called repeatedly that very day as well as the following days. It wasn't until

1st she said she would send someone to seal it. When I asked her when they would be coming, she would never give me a time, or on occasion when she would give me a date, they never came and didn't call. I explained I wanted to be there [my reason to point out all the major issues and because the drive had developed a crack due to the fact that they failed to continue the cut to the

of the concrete] however, she told me I did not needed to be there. Someone finally showed up on 21st of August and I saw that he was pressure spraying the driveway and getting ready to seal it. When I heard him, I told him to stop because I had spoken with the quality control person of the company that supplied the concrete and they had told me to wait until the end of September to seal the drive ['should be done by that time'] hoping the weather would bleach out the orange-yellow streaks. He explained once it is sealed, the streaks remain forever!

On the 22nd of August when

called, I literally was on the phone with Angie's list customer service about filing a complaint against
Noblesville Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
, I let her know and also that I just received a form in the mail from Better Business Bureau she told me she didn't care who I complained to as it had no affect on her business!

's call was not to address any problems...just to set a time to seal the drive. I explained about the the problems as well as the streaks. Her comment was "you've been driving on it, how do I know you didn't cause it"? She also added that the quality control person "didn't know what they were talking about"! It appears this was not the first complaint regarding the streaking. She said she would send her husband and their foreman,

to take a look at the drive. I decided to drop the complaint hoping she would follow through. However, it is the end of October we've already experienced freezing temperatures and snow but we still haven't heard from

! In the end, she only gave me a partial discount . Knowing the quality of work her men are capable of, I believe the condition of my drive is a direct reflection of her attitude.

We got 5 estimates, all contractors from Angie's List. All of them were very good but
Noblesville Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
seemed to better understand what we wanted to do. They came out a couple of times to adjust their drawings and to keep us posted on any price adjustments. Their workers were very professional and did the work beautifully. All of this was done while the temperatures were around 100 degrees! After a visit from the site supervisor they adjusted the plan to make the outcome even better than we had hoped. When the project was finished the area was cleaned such that other than having a new sidewalk and retaining wall (which we love and have received many compliments from neighbors and family) we would not have known they were here. Also, when I questioned them about being licensed, bonded and insured (not seeing the information on their Angie's List page) they immediately e-mailed me a copy of the policy from the agent before the work started. The sidewalk and new retaining walls are the best! We would DEFINITELY use them again!

We were extremely pleased with Mr. Jankosky and his crew. They arrived exactly on time and worked tirelessly all day for 2 full days and part of a third day. Mr Jankosky is very pleasant to work with. You can sense the pride he takes in his work and he really strives to do a great job. I would hire him again in a minute and I have already referred him to other people.

After about a week of leaving phone messages ,

finally came out to measure for his quote. He must be independatly wealthy as he never submitted a quote for the work so we went with someone else.

They were wonderful.
Noblesville Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
came out right away to give us an estimate on correcting a poorly made patio (understatement). He gave us an estimate in an email with a picture of what it would look like. My husband and I appreciated his explanations and advice with how to make the patio look nice. Before construction started he even emailed us a "What to expect" brochure and it spelled out what to do during and after construction to keep everything working well. They even suggested keeping our garage door up to make sure it didn't shake during the concrete demo. It was nice that they told us so much, we didn't know what to expect as this is our first home.

They came out earlier than anticipated, since the weather is unseasonably warm.

told us the crew would be here at 8, and they were right on time and ready to work. I was surprised at how quick and quiet they were. I didn't know demolishing concrete could be done so fast. They removed every last stone and even took away this 3ft by 3ft square before I asked them. Then they took the dirt from digging out the patio and put in the low levels of our new yard, I had talked to them earlier about our wanting to go buy topsoil and they reused our land for us and saved us money, it was very thoughtful. And they sorted out the "good" (
Noblesville Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
concrete rubble) soil for my vegetable garden and put it by my garden so I could use it.

They put the stones down quickly and worked very efficiently. If I didn't look out the window, I would not have noticed them. They were so quiet! I liked how nice they were to my 10 month old daughter, she had a ball watching them work and they always waved to her and talked to her as they worked.

was flexible as well because we added on the garage side yard project after they started the patio. Even with the extra project they were finished by Friday afternoon. My neighboors couldn't believe how quick they were. I also appreciated how they cleaned up after themselves. We were very impressed and will be using

for all our of our outdoor needs. They are a top notch company. The patio and walkway look wonderful.

VanCroshier was very prompt, seemed knowledgeable and fully explained the work and what to expect. Estimate seemed complete. Responsiveness was good, professional. I haven't decided which company I will have complete the work.

Punctual, courteous, did a great job; less expensive than another well known company, received many compliments from neighbors.

Initially, we had them pour a new, quite large, stamped concrete patio last summer. They did a great job, and it looked beautiful. They cleaned up beautifully after the job was done. However, during the winter, the patio cracked and the color pitted. I was really hesitant about contacting Bill
Noblesville Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
, the business owner, because I anticipated a big dispute over it. This spring it just looked worse so I took pictures of it and wrote him a letter and included the photos. He called within two days, said he's looked at the pictures and would put us on the schedule right away to come out and rip out the entire thing and replace it. He said this only happened one other time in 14 years and thought it was due to a bad batch of concrete. He said regardless of what caused it, he would replace it all for free. He kept his word and they painstakingly removed the whole thing and did it over again. Bill was on the job the entire time. They did it quickly and without a big mess. After they left, everything was perfectly cleaned up. While we all hope there will not be any problems with an improvement we have done to our home, I think the manner in which a company handles a customer complaint speaks volumes about them in general. This company is top notch in the way they stand behind their work and I would definitely use them again!
