"The cost for my cable TV service
Noblesville Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
by $10, which isn't too bad, except they claim it is a special rate because they raised their rates by $10. The back-breaker is that they raised their internet service by over 50%. They can do this because they are pretty much the only game in town. Changing providers would mean a penalty fee from them and start-up costs from a new provider.

"Do NOT buy their HOME SECURITY system. The piece of junk froze within 4 hours and then the nightmare began. After being told it would be a week before they could come out to repair the system, I decided I would end the trial period right then and there. It took me about 8 phone calls and 10 hours on hold to even get the billing cancelled, then for the next 4 months they continued to bill me for the service and the equipment to the tune of about $800 dollars. Thank goodness I didn't agree to their "autopay" option.
All in all - in those 4 months I had to call at least 20 times and spent countless hours on hold. I was told at least 4 times, "okay, we've got it taken care of now and you shouldn't see these charges next month." - only to have it happen again. Every time I called I had to start the whole story over from the beginning and they just transferred me from one department to the next, putting me at the end of the hold

each time.
The only way I finally got it resolved was that I drove to their local office and stood in line until I got to the desk. I then explained my story and was told to call the customer service number. I called it while I was standing there and put it on speaker mode so she could hear and I refused to move from the spot until someone answered and resolved my problem. As the person at the counter kept asking me to step aside, I asked her if I was inconveniencing them while we continued to listen to hold music. After standing there for about 10 minutes on hold, someone from the back office finally came out and asked me to step aside. I told him I would as soon as a real person could help resolve me problem. I figure I was on the verge of having the cops called on me but I didn't care.
That's how far I had to go to get this piece of crap company to fix THEIR mistake. I have since switched to Direct TV and purchased a home security system that actually works.
I wouldn't buy water from

"Our two year deal with Comcast is ending soon and
Noblesville Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
seemed to be offering a better priced phone, television, and internet package. On Wednesday the installer showed up. Without asking me he decided it was okay to drill holes through the brick (not the mortar, but the brick) in our home. When I saw this I told him to stop and immediately called

. The woman was very nice and told me she would have the Mount

service manager call to set up a time to come out to our house. It has been two days and we still have not heard from him. We now have no home phone service. I called
Noblesville Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
yesterday and was on the phone being transferred from department to department only to be told I really needed to wait for the MJ service manager to call me. I am not sure why we still have not heard from him. Getting ready to call for the fourth time. So far they have done nothing but damage my house and cost me hours of time on the phone. I can not tell you how their actual cable, phone or internet service works because we can't seem to finish the install. At this point I would just like the service manager to come out to my home to a**** the damage and see how we need to proceed from here. Making Comcast look better and better...

"Problems with cable tv has resulted in numerous calls to
Noblesville Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
Customer service who were friendly and recommended a technician come to the house and replace the cable box. The appointment was set up for Wed between 10-12. At 1:30 I called
Noblesville Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
after never hearing from the technician and had to cancel. They apologized and set up a new apt for today between 8-10. After 10:00 today and not hearing from the tech I called
Noblesville Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
and they agreed with the timing of todays apt and said the tech was running late---how late they could not say. What is very disappointing about this is the lack of communication between tech and customer. I told the customer service person today on the phone that I could only wait one more hour for the technician today. I have now been waiting 3 hours for the technician today (plus 3,5 hrs yesterday) and have nothing but this review to show for my time. It is now appears to be the customers responsibility to contact
Noblesville Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
if there is a problem with the technician. I will call
Noblesville Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
now and cancel for today. Very disappointing

"Bait and switch from $29.95 50 MBPS internet only. Then told only $10 extra will add HD TV. Then sent SD boxes. I said no and suddenly bill of $145 emailed. Refused and lied to in attempt to keep me from returning box. Then told will have correct service for $49 month for 1 year. I finally agreed. Then no confirmation email. (At this time at 30 days) Finally call back and told must be 6 I am trying to find other TV provider. Only viable choice for internet in my area. However, trying to find a TV provider.

"as said above, they are not providing channels that other providers give. they have not negotiated for the winter olympics and the limited coverage they are showing is terrible. 24 hour of curling (no offense--do not like curling). no evening activities shown except for the Canadian Station which I do not like. I want to see NBC and
Noblesville Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
coverage interviewing Americans. Repeated calls to Buckeye just give excuses. This is the 2nd time this has happened in 12 months. The money I pay is not worth what I get.

"I was set up for service, it has been okay. The internet is as slow as molasses, the tv worked okay, but it's like my youtube takes 1/2 hour to download and I have the premium packages. They started me at a rate of $99 for the internet, HDR tv and phone bundle. I'm now paying over double that and getting slower speeds and basically a big we don't care. "

"I have been a customer with
Noblesville Cable Tv Providers Provider Name Locked
for several years. I've recently had my bill increase by more than what I'm comfortable with. I called their customer service twice and went into the local office once. The times that I called them they were professional, but the time in the office was horrible. The lady I spoke with made no attempt to actually look at my account to see what could be done to lower my bill. She basically gave the vibe that I was inconveniencing her by being there and that I was to just suck it up and accept defeat on the higher bill. I'm currently looking for other options and will drop them like a bad habit as soon as I can find something comparable. "

"I missed a monthly payment a couple months ago and was charged a 10% penalty, and so I requested a cancellation of the penalty in January of 2014 and February of 2014 by phone and was denied, also sent a letter in January, but did not get a response of any kind; they just ignored it.
I called the company in January of 2014 to challenge the increase in rates, as I have been on a "LOCKED-IN" agreement for 2 years, but the agent argued that Charter can add charges any time it wants despite the "lock-in," which is ridiculous and did not happen during the prior 22 months, so I am sure they are breaking the law on this one.
I have had a locked in agreement from March of 2012 to March of 2014, and I called to see if I could get any services that would approximate my current rate, but they have no lower-rated service like basic cable or a slower internet speed. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and can't afford the 50% increase in cost that will kick in in March for the same services I have now. I will most likely have to cancel the cable tv, would like to cancel everything, but this company has a monopoly in our area, so there is no real competition.

"I've had far too many problems with them to outline here. To summarize, I've had a years worth of incorrect bills which I have had to call about month after month, I've had service cut out for hours at a time during primetime week after week, unacceptable customer service reps being rude, lying, and ineffective, and misleading information about pricing. Now that I've finally canceled my cable and phone service and have only the internet, they have been hassling me about the equipment which they have neglected to send a box for (as they stated they would) while at the same time still trying to charge me for the equipment.
