My therapy sessions were prescribed for four weeks by my Orthopedic Surgeon. At Legacy I was treated with respect, empathy and professionalism. All my appointments started on time and ran its full course. Each session contained exercise and massage therapy which were all explained to me, as to what will be done, why and the goals of each procedures. At all times my comfort and safety was always their main concern. I was also given instructions as to the exercises that I should do on my own between scheduled sessions and after my therapy prescription ended. I am happy to say that we accomplished all of the goals I wanted. On my last appointment with my Orthopedic Surgeon he said he was very satisfied with the results I attained with my physical therapy. My last session at Legacy felt like graduation, I walked out with the knowledge and tools to maintain my increased mobility and increased comfort level.

I was extremely satisfied with each experience. I am confident that I reached maximum functional capacity for each problem area. This was accomplished not only through our 1:1 sessions but also through the instructions for completing an exercise routine at home designed to supplement therapy.

I have only praise and no complaints and would not receive therapy any place else the next time.

was not hung up on the old issues with my back (that the chiropractor pointed out on my x-

and said would get worse with age). He watches you move, sees what is painful, and assesses it. He then gives you stretches and/or exercises to do to help your condition. He is a very caring professional and his whole staff is very friendly and helpful. You are not shifted around to other therapists, he works with you. There are two other doctors of physical therapy on his staff, but I worked with Dr.

I went six times and was back to my old self! He gave me what he called, "my program for life". I do the stretches pretty much daily, and if I "overdo it" I can ramp up the stretches. It is great to have a program that I can do on my own to keep myself out of pain and in good shape. A note to anyone considering physical therapy as a treatment: you must be disciplined to do what they prescribe for you or it will NOT help.
Thanks much Dr.

Gray is a caring and skilled Physical Therapist. His knowledge is extensive, and, equally important, he's a good communicator and nice guy I would recommend to anyone in need of any sort of skeletal or muscle diagnosis and treatment.

is an excellent physical therapist and a lovely, warm, intelligent, and compassionate person. She listened to my comments and utilized the information to tailor my sessions, making them even more effective. I saw significant improvement from my first to my last visit.

also gave me at home exercises to do during our treatment period and to do independently after our last session. The staff at this office have received specialized training in vestibular therapy and have special equipment to test and improve the body's ability to compensate for the loss of balance related to head trauma and inner ear damage. The only negative with this practice is that the front office receptionist was initially very cold and officious. After the first two weeks of therapy, she seemed to warm up.

They offer a full range of services: sports inquires and even children. His staff does a great job! They are great to work with. The office is friendly and very professional. They are also accommodating with the schedule. The are excellent communicators as to what they are doing, why they are doing it, and how it will help. They have a full gym attached to them so when you are working your way back to health they have everything you need (not just tables).
