Business Description: Our passion is Design: to artistically create for a desired effect. Arteffects creates Inspiring Spaces & Purposeful Places for home and business owners who plan to remodel, add-on or build ground-up. We are Indianapolis’s only design firm with projects receiving Monumental Affair Honor and Achievement Awards, an Associated Builders and Contractors Honor Award, and an Indiana Landmarks/Angie’s List Old House Rehab Award. As President and Design Director, I am a graduate architect and registered interior designer with over thirty years experience. Each client and I fashion a cost-effective design that enables a desired lifestyle or business operation to occur in inspiring, purposeful ways. For any design need, I will provide an idea-packed initial consultation for a discounted flat fee. Whether a small or large project, I will additionally prepare a complimentary written proposal tailored to suit a client's needs. Fees are hourly or fixed, client's choice. Competitive fixed fee proposals include unlimited revisions until design approval. Computer-aided design specialists assist in studying ideas in 2D and fly-over/walk-through 3D. When needed, licensed consulting engineers also assist. During the past eleven years in central Indiana, we have designed over 200 residential and commercial projects with budgets between $8 thousand (a kitchen update) and $8 million (a corporate headquarters).
