Business Description: I am your AFFORDABLE Handyman! A Helpful Hand is a friendly, reliable, trustworthy and INEXPENSIVE solution for your home/business routine maintenance needs! A Helpful Hand offers assistance with misc. tasks/odd jobs that you either need assistance doing; can't do; won't do; don't like to do; or simply don't have the time to do! You pay a flat $25/hr plus parts/supplies. That's it! There is no extra charge for long days, evenings or weekends and no job is too small! No one likes coming home to a dark driveway/garage because it's too inconvenient to replace the burned out light bulb! Most people don't like getting on a ladder to clean the ceiling fan blades, or replace a light fixture! Many people fail to replace the smoke detector batteries, only to have them start "chirping" at 3 o' clock in the morning! A Helpful Hand can also help with your business needs as well! Rental property upkeep; apartment preps (trash outs, cleaning, etc.) and common area cleaning to name a few. Depending on the job, certain height, electrical, plumbing and or location restrictions may apply.
