"The guys came out and replaced my AC while I was at the lake with my family on Labor Day weekend. We were miserable with 100 degree weather, and worried we wouldn't" be able to get someone out on a holiday weekend, especially for such a decent price. They saved our vacation! I would recommend them to anyone who needs
work done.

"The caulking on our Winnebago began to look suspect. When we went to our Winnebago Shop, they felt they were pretty busy, and they didn't feel any expertise" was required, so they recommended Plan B; that we do it ourselves, and get our caulk at a lumber yard. When I mentioned that the Winnebago manual seemed pretty specific about what caulk to use where, the Winnebago Shop didn't seem to think it needed to be that complicated. So we followed the Shop’s advice, and caulked the suspect areas with the caulk the lumber yard salesman told us to use. Unfortunately, it didn't weather well, we Gorilla-taped in the interim, and we began to look for an RV shop that knew caulking. In the meantime, the list of issues with our Winnebago Shop was growing in other areas as well, and we began to “defer” all issues, that could be deferred, while we accelerated our
, for an RV shop we could count on. Of the RV shops we checked out, Hilltop seemed to know the most about RV caulking. Hilltop parts had a broad selection of RV caulk, and clearly explained where to use each type of caulk. As it turns out, there's a lot more to caulking than our Winnebago Shop appeared to be aware of. For example, the caulking we were told to use at the lumber yard, reacted with the original Winnebago caulk, which is why it wasn't weathering well. In the end, rather than buy caulk from Hilltop, we decided to bring our RV into Hilltop, and have RV Caulking Experts, check out our situation. That was Plan A in the beginning, and it turned out to be a good plan. As Hilltop began to inspect the caulking on our RV, they kept us abreast of their approach, and their findings. In our case, they recommended starting off with a full set of diagnostics. The diagnostics were accomplished by lightly pressurizing the entire shell, and then bubble testing the exterior, to pinpoint all the leaks. That’s how they discovered that the skylight was cracked; it wasn’t visually obvious. As Hilltop was keeping us abreast of their findings, and recommendations, we began to query Hilltop about our “deferred” issues. As Hilltop responded to each additional query, their overall RV expertise became crystal clear, and we moved our list of "deferred” issues to our Hilltop work order. Our backlog of “deferred” issues is behind us, and we know where to go in the future.

RV Dealer reviews in Greenfield

We have had nothing but problems. They are trying to make it right but they fired a couple of guys because they were weasely and that's who we got the camper from. we've put up the camper for the first time and trim was missing and it had fallen off and the battery went dead. It was a nightmare. There was a list of 30 things that needed to be fixed. It's under warranty so they're going to get that taken care of for us. It wasn't just that, they tried to sell us a canvas that wasn't going in the track. They told us that they could put some washers on it to help it stay in the track. We said no, we want a new canvas. They kept putting us off, it will be a couple of weeks. Then, they finally said that well, since it's 2015 they aren't going to make the replacement canvas until next year, but someone else's financing fell through so we can give you their camper.
One of the guys that works in service, his name is
Greenfield RV Dealers Provider Name Locked
, he is fabulous. He is bending over backward to make things right. They got rid of the manager that was terrible. We wanted a tow bar on and they charged us for it and they didn't put it on until after we got it and only because I insisted on it. It's going to be another 6 to 8 weeks before we get our camper back. Would I recommend them? No.
I recommend
Greenfield RV Dealers Provider Name Locked
, but not the others. They are trying to change things but right now they're terrible.

I pulled my camper trailer to Colorado Springs for work. I
hadn’t been winterized properly. The hot water tank had cracked and ruptured
and several faucets were ruined as well. It was a disaster.

within a couple hours of calling him and he worked very fast to correct all the
problems he could while we waited for a new water heater to arrive. His supplier
wanted to charge a high price for a water heater so he encouraged me to look on
line for the new part, forsaking the small

advice saved me several hundred dollars.

and his helpers were super
responsive and very fast. It was very obvious they knew exactly what they were
doing. They were neat and courteous. They were well prepared having all the
tools and little parts and fittings so there were no delays running around looking
for parts. They showed up ready to work. The level of service I experienced was
phenomenal and very reasonably priced as well. Stop looking and call

We live 50 miles from
Greenfield RV Dealers Provider Name Locked
. He arrived at 7am, so he was punctual. Our main sewer line is blocked because nothing is draining and our toilets are backed up. So, the plumber arrives on time and started to clean out the main line, but what we found was not the main line. It was an old line. When we did find out where the clean out is, he did NOTHING. It is located under the house where there is a lot of
Greenfield RV Dealers Provider Name Locked
. So, he did nothing for 302.00. Here is a breakdown of charges: 110.00 for main line (which he DID NOT DO), 60.00 for extra time and 132.00 for travel time. We asked for an estimate before he came and he did not give one. The plumber was very unprofessional, grumbling and complaining and using foul language the whole time, he did not have the tools he needed. He asked us for a shop vac, which we don't have. He did not even have a shovel. He dug a hole in the yard with our shovel and did not fill it back in. So we are still in the same condition with everything all blocked up. He left us with the exact same mess we had before he arrived. He was more concerned with his other jobs he had lined up in

They are a bunch of crooks. They tried to cheat us terribly on our trade in. They want top dollar when you buy but have a reputation of not being there after they get your money. They could care less about the customer.

In may we purchased a new Shadow 3 Horse Slant Load trailer from
Greenfield RV Dealers Provider Name Locked
. We have only good thing to say about the trailer itself. However,
Greenfield RV Dealers Provider Name Locked
left a lot to be desired. Specifically, it took almost 3 months to get the license plate & registration and despite assurances that the cost of the license was included in the price, it ended up we had to pay for it. Would recommend staying clear of this business.

I called them on a Saturday after hours, and he agreed to fit me in. He called me back on Sunday, and apologized for doing so, to confirm the appointment. His crew showed up Monday morning to diagnose and repair the problem on the same day. The owner and technician were both extremely courteous and professional in their work.

Zero Stars...This guy just doesn't have a clue when it comes to customer service. Came out and looked at my rig. Told me what it needed and approximate cost. We scheduled the beginning of the repair for 3 weeks later. He doesn't show up on the first day so I called him on the second day and he said that he couldn't get there because he had basically scheduled other customers so that they would have their campers before the holiday weekend. At that point he states that he will be out Friday to start, Monday if it rains or if we're going out of town and I then let him know that I will have it in my pole building if it rains and he can work on it in there. Thursday night I texted him to let him know it was in the pole building and rain would not be a problem, he calls me back and stated that since I didn't get back with him prior to then to let him know he scheduled other jobs for Friday and won't be there until Monday. I'll take part of the blame for that one since the wires did get a little crossed, but then he doesn't show up first thing Monday and when I contact him he lets me know that he has a couple of small jobs to do and some parts to order and that he should be there by 10:00 or so...at 11 he texts me and says that he'll be a little later so I simply texted him back to let him know that I was disappointed in the fact that we expected him first thing and he wasn't there. At this point he calls me and tries to justify his incompetence by explaining that the other customers needed their campers before the holiday weekend and he need to order parts for the repairs that he started over the weekend and now he was in traffic and didn't know what time he would get there. So I tried to get him to understand my frustration and at this point he tells me he's not sure he even wants to do the job because of all of the frustration I've caused him...He tells me he's going to keep driving towards my place and he'll let me know if he changes his mind. About 1pm he texts me and states that he's now not going to do the job and that I need to take it to a dealer...Seriously, you keep me on the hook for a month when I could have been looking for someone else to do the repair and now your not going to do it because I logically questions why you were putting other customers in front of me when you scheduled my job prior to theirs? Do not use this guy. If you do it will only add to your frustration and he may not even fix your rig.
