Both of the doctors are really good. Dr. Melloh is great. As a woman, she is very easy to talk to. She totally understood where I was coming from. The other doctor is a male. He is the first one I started seeing there and I think he is also great. I saw him about 8 months ago. They are easy to get into and to talk to. Their billing is good.

She takes time to make sure that she covers everything that is necessary. She doesn't hesitate to send me to a specialist if that is what is needed. She doesn't try to treat things that are beyond what she does. She has a good bedside manner.

The real disappointment is the staff. I recently called about an ointment I was interested in giving to the boys for

(which could only be prescribed) which

to a 10 minute argument on the phone with the nurse assistant. This assistant has always seemed stressed on the phone when I call to ask questions about the babies. She often rushed me through explanations on the phone and gave me the feeling I didn't know what I was talking about. She was very presumptuous and told me how many patients she deals with daily, like I was a waist of time. The argument ended in her telling me she would talk to the doctor and call me back. After waiting two hours I called to ask if she had spoken with the doctor only to be greeted very rudely on the phone by the receptionist who put me on hold then transferred me to another nurse, who also was very rude, after I called a third time. They all made it very apparent that they were upset that I had an unpleasant exchange with their colleague so they decided to punish me by putting me on hold several times instead of answering the phone and talking to me about the presciption. They told me the the doctor was too busy to get my message, which was basically a yes or no answer to a prescription I needed. This was very upsetting because instead of helping me with a problem they treated me like a bad person. However I did receive a call back, 4 hours after my initial call, from a nurse to tell me that I could not have the prescription because the doctor wasn't my personal PC. When I tried to talk to this new nurse about the argument on the phone I had earlier she responded that she was sitting next to her colleague as we argued and thought that her response to me was appropriate. I still don't think they ever relayed the message to my doctor. I didn't understand why they couldn't recommend a treatment for the babies instead of arguing with me. I'm changing to a different provider because of this situation which is unfortunate because Dr

is really great. I have seen many doctors, all over the world, and have been greeted by grumpy nurses and assistants which generally I can handle. We all have our days but this was just completely juvenile and incredibly unprofessional. In the end the concern of the nurses wasn't the health of their patient but releasing their frustration. I have never been treated this inappropriately,

I went to the doctor because I was not feeling well. My husband had to help me get there because my walk was wobbly. She told me that she can't examine me in the condition I was in. She never asked me a question or examined me at all. I have since changed doctors because of this experience.

Dr.
Fishers Family Practice Doctors Provider Name Locked
is a very relaxed, hands-on while being hands-off kind of doctor. His bedside manner is understanding, but funny and knowledgeable. I have been going to him for about four years, and I go for sickness or general checkups. He is unafraid to discuss different treatment options, from natural to prescriptions. He will discuss openly his opinions on your condition and the ways to make it better.

I recently got benefits from my new job and was looking around for a new doctor. Not knowing what was involved with a new appointent I picked a time that worked for me. Upon calling to confirm my appointment a week later, I was told I would need to make a bloodwork appointment and the results would have to be received before my appointment. So I would have to make another appointment to get rushed into the clinic to get my results. I have to leave a message with the nurse and hash it out with her. Why not the lady making the appointments? The woman I was speaking to was very rude, and clearly assumed I had the experience of someone who has been taking appointments for doctors for 10 years. I'm in my 20s, I'm a new patient, there is a huge possibility I have never worked with making appointments before; let alone the requirements for showing up for my 25 minute physical appt without my bloodwork results. Unprofessional, period.

He is caring and sensitive. He has a good personality. He is well versed in general medicine and family care. He doesn’t seem rushed. He is willing to sit there and talk through anything I need to talk to him about. It makes a difference. Sometimes, it is hard to get in to see him. If I have to call to have a prescription renewed or something they should get back to me by 5 o’clock that evening or the next day, but it may be a week before I hear back from them. I have to call them several times. It is not his fault. However when I am there, they are very attentive.

is very personable. He takes his time to explain things. He is a real positive person. He has excellent bedside manners. He has a brand new office. His staff is very friendly. They are always willing to work around on my schedule and reschedule my appointments if necessary. I haven’t had any trouble so far. I would continue to see him in the future.

He is very intelligent. If he does not know how to resolve a particular condition, he will refer us to another physician that can. Sometimes, there is a long waiting period in terms of the appointment time, so it might be half an hour till we get back there. We would continue to use him in the future.

The office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr.

and her medical assistant,

, are a terrific combination of efficient and caring. We never feel rushed and always leave with a clear plan of treatment and all questions answered. They were very sympathetic to our plight of trying to organize ordering medicines from a new pharmacy and trying to time their arrival before the current supply was depleted. We drive about 40 minutes to this office and don't regret a minute of it.
