Business Description: DeVries Enterprises Inc is a family owned and operated company that was started by John and Heather DeVries in 2002. John has been involved in construction since high school and only took time off from it to attend Indiana University, where he played football for Bill Mallory. John has owned and operated a floor covering company, built homes for a major home builder and now owns his company, providing services of all kinds to the Indianapolis area. We build homes or renovate what you already have. No job is too big or small. Any type of home or project, or we can also be used for handyman services. I like to keep things simple, but I also love the complicated jobs. Most pricing is on a job-by-job basis, but we have some set hourly pricing for handyman services. We do use subs for our bigger jobs; however, we prefer to do most of the renovation and handyman service ourselves. If I can do it myself, I will. We offer free estimates but we have a measuring charge should you need things professionally measured for you to order. If you decide to use us for whatever the project might be we will refund the measure fee. Our measure fee is $50.00. Larger projects may require a deposit before any designs will be given.
