Business Description: We have been in flooring installation from 1996 and couple years ago made the decision to start offering handyman services to people who does not have time, or can't do it anymore, or with not enough experience to do small repairs or any other small work or maintain their homes. We are a small company with no employees or subcontractors. All the work is executed by John & Daniela Barb. We do not charge for giving out an estimate and for small jobs we charge $50/ man/hour with minimum of 3 hours; for a larger job we will provide a good faith estimate; for Senior Citizens the hourly charge will be $ 35/man/hour with minimun of 2 hours and for any estimate it will apply unconditionally the 15% discount. For Non-senior Citizens on Angie's List members a $100 discount will apply only for estimates on labor charges from $500 and up and for all Senior Citizens members of Angie's List the 15% will apply for any estimated labor price.
