Interior Painting Reviews in Evansville

when we arrived home at first glance I was happy living room was great. as I got to bedrooms there was doors that had been closed before dry so when opened paint went off door and left on frame. windows painted and excess left on panes. paint from walls had gotten on window frame pretty much and not fixed. White from trim about 1\2 " on wall in one room. drawers built in were sprayed and not pulled out so burgundy paint still showing on white frame. window frames painted and closed before dry so all paint came off when opened. I also wanted straight lines at ceiling he didn't do that and informed me it wasn't possible. He also said its our fault paint on doors stuck cause they're hung crooked. this is not true. I asked for fix before I would pay second half he got mad and said keep money and hire someone else an hour later he texted me with demands for payment or
on house. I never told him I wasn't paying he just didn't want to do repairs and offered me 100 off. Not good enough. I texted him several times asking for 400off I have pics of bad work. he wouldn't respong then sent note he originally threatening
. He also said never contact him again. He did bad refused to make it right, threatened
and was horrible to deal with. I just wanted the pro look he promised before last 1/2 of payment. now I have to pay full price for a job not done right. I sent pictures to him and showed him and his response threats of
. I wanted it fixed but if not fixed a FAIR discount. I think they could do a good job but rushed through and I now regret hiring it done.

We are very grateful to Angie’s List for providing us with an avenue to find a truly wonderful painter for the exterior of our house. Mr.
, the owner of
, was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly when we contacted him to get a quotation. He assessed our situation and came back with a quote and plan a couple days later. He was very helpful with color and paint selection for our 40-year old home.
agreed to work with us to utilize our existing storm windows by painting them to match the windows and siding. This worked very well although it resulted in extra detail work for
and his crew.
has been such a professional and personable person to do business with. He has certainly treated this job as if it were his own house, taking great pains to ensure that the job not only looks great, but is done well too. Mr.
utilized a crew of various support personnel depending on the task at hand. All of them were courteous and conscientious. We have already received compliments on his work from several neighbors and friends.
's suggestions and ideas have been outstanding and the finished work reflects his dedication to his customers.

Interior Painting reviews in Evansville

In a nut shell, it went great.

is one of the nicest people I've ever met. He was very professional and met up with me frequently to make sure the house turned out the way I wanted it to. He squeezed my house in between two other projects and finished it in less than 2 weeks. He didn't just paint the walls. He added/fixed so many little details, many of which I wouldn't have thought of but contribute greatly to the finished product, like trimming a notch in one of my baseboards to make it fit around a heat return in the wall and so much more. He also had to do a lot of wall repair in the kitchen after removing a ton of little tiles from all over the walls. My house is small but it was a very big job. I love, love, LOVE the way it turned out and I am so proud of my house. He came out almost 2 months later to repair the door in my master bedroom after my dog panicked and tore it up. He sanded down the door frame and repainted it. What caused the dog to panic was having new counter tops installed, and the company doing the installation damaged my wall extensively when they removed the old counter tops. The company didn't measure the backsplash properly and had to take it be resized, leaving exposed, botched drywall covered in old glue.

came out within hours of my call and fixed the wall and painted it for me so it would look better for my open house, which was in 2 days. I really can't say enough good things about this company and I would highly, highly recommend!

I approached
Evansville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
while he was painting my neighbor's porch, front door and shutters. I asked his advise on a problem with my bathroom wall. He looked at the problem, offered suggestions and answered my questions. I also had him look at the wall in my den which had a lot of bad places in it. He explained what needed to be done to make the wall really stand out. I was concerned about pricing so he worked with me and told me what he could do for what I could afford. He suggested I go with a two-

Burns. I had spoken with two people on the phone and made an appointment, he was the only person that came out for the appointment on time. The price was very reasonable and I absolutely will use them again in the future if needed.

I was very happy with the decision I made to hire
Evansville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
Dimmet ~ I didn't actually meet
Evansville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
's associate because I was at work each day when they came over. I could tell when I spoke to
Evansville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
on the phone that he sounded like a very respectful and kind person, but then when I met him in person and he spent a very generous amount of time going over different things that I wanted done, taking measurements, etc., that I realized I wouldn't have a problem leaving him with free reign of the house while I was at work and that I would be able to trust him. That was very important to me. Like I said, I didn't actually meet his associate but my son that arrived home from school while they were still here working one day made the comment to me that they were really nice and from what he said I could tell they were very respectful to him and hard working during the time he was here. From everything I had on my list for them to do, I could tell they were very serious about getting the work done in a timely manner and also at a very fair price. I have several other jobs I still need done, and I will definitely call

out again. I would feel good recommending their work to anyone. I would give them a rating of two thumbs up!

Primary contact promptly arrived to evaluate job and provide estimate. He was professional and answered all our questions, work was scheduled for about 2 weeks later. First day crew was onsite was disappointing and we almost called off the work but gave them a second

. The first day they tracked dirt throughout the area being painted, left half full drinks in three rooms, haphazardly pushed furniture to the center of the room (had to be rearranged by us at the end of the day), curtains were heaped in piles and covered with other items and they dripped paint on furniture and walls. Discussed these issues with primary contact and was assured issues would be addressed. Housekeeping/professionalism improved the second day and paint was cleaned off the furniture. Unfortunately, the quality of painting did not improve.
There are sections of doors and trim that were not painted at all. For example, there is a 6in x 4in rectangle unpainted on one door, inside and bottom of laundry hamper door not painted and the crown molding in guest bath was not painted. Paint uneven and not adequately applied to surfaces. Original color visible in places and a second coat will need to be applied. Commitment to clean surfaces (i.e. properly prep for painting) not fulfilled. Debris painted over and will need to be removed and repainted. Door knob areas were supposed to be sanded to remove old paint. Will have to be redone. Runs of dripping paint throughout that will need to be removed and repainted. · Paint not cleaned off window glass Paint dripped on wood floor in kitchen (note that kitchen was not being painted) Painters in areas of the house not being painted when we were not present Paint dripped on curtain Screws for window hardware misplaced or lost Committed to repainting wall that they got trim paint on and did not follow through Wanted to complete "walkthru" for payment 1/2 day before work was scheduled to be completed. Primary contact addressed some of the issues I raised the first two days, however, they were for basic housekeeping and quality issues that I should not have had to request. Also placed advertisement in our yard without asking us. I provided the same feedback listed here to primary contact at "completion" of job and received no response.
