Our agency was and still is using another agency broadband's service, however, the router that was installed for us was inadequate for our broadband usage.

had previously visited our agency and make an assessment of our situation. A few weeks later, he came in and resolved those constant loss of signals from our router.
Plus, Ed fixed the strange issue of the DNS not working properly that was setup by the other agency's IT department. Ed found a work around that has been working flawlessly since he installed the new router.
We are planning to segregate from the other agency's broadband service once our finances gets better.

said to me when I called for the service,when I asked if there was a charge, "if it was something related to the last visist there would be no charge".
The technician called to tell me that he had to move the module across the room(which literally was walking over 12 feet and place the wireless router on another table and plug in to the wall power.
They charged me $240 for the job they didnt finish previously which I paid $400+
I spoke to the "vice president" who promised to get back to me after his "investigation".
A fter not hearing from him for 4 business days I contacted the billing person who said via email that I didnt hear from him. Her response:
" I had let him know you emailed me and that you were sending the payment, that may be why he didnt call you"
Finally he emailed me back- his conclusion "all of our services are properly rendered and should be paid"
I would not recommend using them for any services.

Just a few days after the start of our phone service we were contacting the IT department about the texting problems and the missed calls or the dropped calls. The IT department was quick to answer and tried to be helpful, rebooting the phones but the problems persisted. we bought the phones on 12/27/13 and by 8th of January we had had it, we called to cancel service. we were told it was too many days past purchase to get our money back.
We did change to another provider.

I could not even return the phones for partial money back they do not buy back their own phones?!! I could not even sell the phones not body will given a dime for them.

I bought no less than 5 cell phones with extended service contracts. I was talked into these contracts by the sales associates in the cell phone dept. One benefit they told me about was the phone would be fixed or exchanged for water damage. They have replaced my son’s phone twice due to water damage no questions asked. Recently I tried to take my phone in due to water damage & was told no it would not be covered. Even after explaining about my son’s phone being covered I was denied service. When I explained this to the manager at first she agreed with me. Then she stepped in the back to talk to the Geek helping me. She returned to tells me it would not be covered. On my way out of the store I stopped by the cell phone area & let the people there know about water damage not being covered. The

sales associates disagreed with me but I told them management just told me water damage will not be covered. They argued with me I assume because they will continue to sell it that way. When replacing my son’s phone not once but twice but twice they set a precedent & should not change their level of service. This is like a car dealer selling you a car with a maintenance contract & for 2 yrs worth of oil changes but after 2 oil changes they tell you oil changes will not be covered. I’m canceling all my service contracts with

on 12/17/12 when he phoned me. At this time I was battling that lousy Flu which was going around in Maryland. He kept on pushing this sales event and how much cheaper it would be for me. Well, being sick, a senior with many health problems...all I wanted to do was get off the phone. He caught me in an easy moment and I agreed. THAT WAS THE WORST THING I COULD HAVE DONE. He neglected to tell me there was a two year contract. I informed him that my house was under bankruptcy and asked again if there were any commitments...He said NO. He lied. My computer was blown, along with other electronics in the house.
Now I have a 2 year commitment, the house is in bankruptcy and they are going to charge me $20.00 per month on a 2 year contract.
