horrible disaster. My family and I arrived at the store on time and excited to
try on wedding dresses. The first thing
the consultant said to me was that my entire party couldn’t come back to the
back room with me to try on dresses.
Please keep in mind that my appointment was right when they opened, and
there were not that many people in the store that this time. She said that she
would make sure that they were included in the process. So my entire party,
besides me and my mother were asked to sit in the “lobby”. The “lobby” was two
couches and a chair that included a sign stating that kids 12 and under couldn’t
go back in the store and had to wait in the lobby.
While my mother and I spoke with the consultant, my 3
sisters stated to walk around and look at dresses, they were immediately approaches
by an employee and giving the 3rd degree about why they were back
there and were asked to return to the front of the store. I was then given 5 tags to put on dress, I went
back to the front to get my sisters to help me pick out dresses. While we were all looking at dresses, another
store employee approached my future mother-in-law and told her that she needed
to return to the front and bring my 3 sisters with her, as if she was their
babysitter. Already on
time, I told my mother to stay with when while we went to back to try on the
dress. As we walked to the back, I noticed that there were at least six
podiums, with only one bride on each side at this time.
At this point I think the consultant knew that I was unhappy
and explained again that my entire party will be included in this process but
this added that I will go out and show them each dress. I put on the first dress, and then proceeded
to walk from the back of the store, to the front of the store to the “lobby”,
where my family was sitting. I then
stood on the ground, on the large floor mat that you would wipe your feet on
when entering the store. Standing in my bar feet, on the cold ground, I could
see the dirt and the small pebbles from the parking lot that I was standing on.
As I stood there in front of the entry doors showing my family this wedding
dress, a group of people walked into the store and I had to pick up the dress
and move out of there way.
At this point in time I was extremely upset with how we were
treated. When walking back to the dressing
room, my mother and I noticed a corner of the store that had a podium and 8+
chairs sitting around it, AND IT WAS EMPTY.
My family and I where the first people in the store that morning, but
had to large of a party to be with me while trying on dress, but unbeknownst to
us, they had a larger area where my family could have sat and enjoyed the process
with me! But instead, they had to sit in the lobby and wait for me to walk across
the store to them.
By the time I put the second dress on, there were now kids
sitting in the lobby where my family was asked to wait, playing games and
awkwardly staring at me when I arrived.
I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. The third dress was too small to zip up,
which I totally understand they are all not going to fix me. But the consultant asked me if I wanted to
walk out to the lobby again with my underwear showing from the back of the
dress. I explained that I was not comfortable walking through the store with my
underwear showing. She then we and got a
little 3x3 square of fabric and said that we could cover it up with this. At that point in time, I was beyond done with

but that didn’t even come close to the horrible experience I had. As my family waited in the lobby, they saw two
other groups that had just as many people with them, but they were treated
completely different then we were. They
were allowed to go back and shop with their bride and were not asked to sit in
the front of the store like they do for children. They made my family feel
We were in the store for less than 40 minutes, not a single
one of the employees made us feel welcomed or wanted. The only positive thing that I can take away
from this horrible experience is that it made me realized how well other stores
treated us, I mean just giving us a place to sit that was not a lobby/child
sitting area was a HUGE upgrade, let alone getting additional chairs or even
offering my family a drink. After that appointment we went to a boutique and
were treated amazingly. There are so many great places to visit when looking
for a wedding dress, if I would have known how we would have been treated; I would
have never even given this place at the time of day.
We had a horrible experience at a shop about an hour before we went to

Her and I walked around the store and picked out dresses that I was interested in, if it was over our budget, she would let me know right then and let me make the decision if I still wanted to try it on. Their dresses are beyond amazing, nicely made but reasonably priced as well!

is way overdue. I should have written it months ago but time got away from me. I
am not usually a person that enjoys shopping all day, so to say the least going
shopping for a wedding dress was not something I was looking forward to. After
going through almost all the shops in
day and made my dress come off flawlessly. I was getting discouraged before
other wedding shops was willing to think outside the box and help me. I wanted
a white wedding dress with tangerine color underneath (essentially an tangerine/orange
ombre blending into the base of the wedding dress). This small amount of color
would only been seen under the dress when I walked, and was further accented by
colored lacing on the corset. We picked out a dress and designed it exactly the
way I wanted, with all the color and class of a princess wedding dress.
got excited, and was the only designer who was willing, motivated, excited, and
encouraging to help add some color to my wedding. Most designers were unable to
see how a white dress could be enhanced with a little color and couldn't see my
vision. I am forever grateful for him making my special day possible.
The tuxedos were originally measured wrong, so when the groomsmen went to pick them up a couple days before the wedding they had to be reordered!! With no guarantee that they would be ready for the wedding!! When they were picked up, they had holes in them, stains and chemical burns. The shoes weren't any better either.
The photo booth they rented us for the reception broke in less than an hour.
The photographer was pleasant; however, the pictures were horrible. And we enlisted the service of 2 photographers. The original "link" of pictures they sent me barely had any pictures on it of before and during. So when I emailed and asked if there were more pictures they told me that they were "cut" and they would send me the rough photos. They were awful!!!
And the link they sent me expires 30 days after they send it and now the pictures are uploaded onto pictage so you can buy them individually. I'm sorry; I thought the package I paid for included pictures?? Why do I have to purchase them again??
I would never use this company again and I would dissuade anyone else from ever using them.
