"He is very thorough and concerned for what I had, at my age. Normally they find this in children, but he found that in me when I was 60. I had a Brachial Cleft Cyst" in my neck. First he made sure I did not have cancer. Then he set up a surgery and they were able to remove the cyst and everything came out perfect. There were no issues in loosing feeling in my neck either. He was just a great guy. He did a great job.

"We feel Dr.
is Michigan's best kept secret. Dr.
is just supurb. His bedside manner is above reproach. He" is meticulous in the care he gives. He is so brilliant, yet so unassuming that he made us feel very comfortable. Dr.
's medical assistant,
, was amazing as well. She had great follow up and never dropped the ball on anything. The nurses even mentioned to us many times that they would want all doctors to be like Dr.
. We highly recommend Dr.
to others.

On average, a patient spends less than 15 minutes with his doctor on any given visit. With so little time to address health concerns, it's important to be prepared so you can get the most out of each meeting with your physician.

Both he and his partners have very good bedside manner. They are thorough. They have state of the art equipment in the office. They also do have a hearing aid specialist in the office, I have not used him, but people have been happy.

was very helpful. She explained test results clearly, and made several suggestions for treatment. I will definitely return to see her if needed.

was very thorough and made sure we understood everything. He even suggested a hearing test (which we did) and was able to get it done immediately. We have a follow up scheduled. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr.

Chesterton Ear Nose And Throat Doctors Provider Name Locked
is the best, most caring doctor I have ever known. She is the antithesis of today's typical "assembly line" doctors, who give you 15 minutes, then

you out the door. Dr

takes as much time as needed to get a complete picture of what ails you, then patiently comes up with her diagnoses and recommendations. I am incredibly lucky to have her as my physician.

As mentioned, went to see the ENT doctor due to issue with discomfort under my ear and around my neck, dizziness, possibly swollen glands. The doctor was pleasant but brief and not particularly warm or friendly. After a very brief exam and a few questions he sent me for a balance test, which didn't find anything conclusive.
The balance test was in an ajoining office that was connected to the doctor's office, but with a different name.
The doctor then ordered a CT scan. He said it was not because he suspected any particular issue but to "allay my concerns". Not wanting the radiation that comes with a CT scan, I went to second ENT for second opinion, who diagnosed the problem with a thorough hands on exam and detailed questions, and no CT scan. The issue turned out to be muscle/tendon related, possibly to over use, possibly due to shoveling during the tough winter.
This doctor seems to specialize in plastic surgery and is a fast mover. The practice is busy, and seems to do a high volume business, with a diagnostic center in a connected office that does the tests ordered by the doctors. It felt very impersonal and seemed like high volume place.

After a few months of being treated by her, she said that he was pre-pre-pre cancer during his surgery. Three months later, she said it was too big for her; she sent us to Philadelphia where we learned he was stage 4 cancer. She was very against us getting a 2nd opinion -- she was insulted. We typically waited 45 minutes to be seen when we arrived. Overall, she wasn't very helpful. The only thing she did right was referring us to the right doctors in Philly.

I got a second opinion from a different doctor I found on Angie's list and he had EVERYTHING fixed in the first visit! And I was told that the surgery Dr.

demanded I have, would not of fixed the problem.

I needed to have a CT scan of my sinuses, one of which was blocked, or seem blocked. I was in a lot of pain at times. I was looking for solutions, and I wasn't looking for pain meds. He provided no solutions, nor did he refer me to anyone else. He just left me hanging as if my complaint was meaningless.
He also said that he would not maintain a copy of my CT scan in his file, just in case I or another professional needed it, which I found a bit odd. It was as if he was saying, I don't want you as a patient, but I'll happily take your money if you give it to me.
He just didn't seem to care, nor did he explain his hostility.
Again, there is nothing I ever did to sour the relationship. I only saw him perhaps four times.
Later, I needed to fly with a CPAP machine, and would have had less trouble with security if I traveled with a letter from my doctor saying I should have such equipment. He never provided me with the letter, despite repeated requests prior to my trip, and I had to get one from my GP instead. So there is a pattern of lack of concern, no matter what I asked for.
I've since switched doctors, and I could not recommend this man to anyone.
There are better people to do business with.
