Business Description: Majority of all work is by company employees (6-10) primarily carpenters with wide expertise. Subs are used where specialties require state licensing such as: (electrical, plumbing or the work requires a high level of experience and skill like drywall, or a sub may be used for large jobs where the sub will have the extra personnel and equipment to speed completion. All work is inspected and warranted by Centennial management. Pricing is typically by the job not hourly. Extra costs are quoted based on need and circumstances and of course for required or requested changes. All charges or due at time of billing. We provide plans and specs for design / build projects for neighborhood approvals and permits. We obtain required inspections and Occupancy Certifications. Our insurance includes Workmans Compensation (as required by law and to reduce the homeowners liability for on site injuries) as well as General Liability and performance bonds where required ( Marion Co., Lawrence and Fishers, plus Carmel sidewalk bonding.
