Business Description: Artwork Installation is a picture hanging service for homeowners and interior designers. Years of experience as a museum curator and exhibit designer sets the stage for professional art handling and accurate placement. Services include family photo grouping designs, staircase and ceiling mounts, heavy mirrors and shadow box mounts; secure attachments on plaster, brick and stone. Fee is hourly, first hour minimum, and includes picture hangers and tools. Specialty hardware such as wall cleats and security hangers are billed extra. Appointments: Tuesday through Saturday, daytime or evenings. usually within a week. Artwork installation is owner-operated, with additional staff brought in as needed. Area of coverage includes downtown Chicago and all the North and West Suburbs. Artwork installation is fully insured. Recommendations can be provided for art conservation, picture framers, interior designers, faux wall finishers and art dealers.
