You could have paid a little more per month and gotten a lower deductible policy. The deductible is the amount you agreed to. To "get out of it" it is breaking the law. You probably thought, like we all do, that nothing will happen to me, so I'll get the cheapest per month. I think that's what most people do, so you're not alone there.

See if you can make  a deal with the repair company; they may let you pay a little per month. The repair shop may be your best best bet in getting some sort of "deal". Nothing illegal, of course.....

Next time though, think about paying a little more per month for a little more ins. (One-day less fast food lunch, or movie night, or smart phone, etc) and you can reduce your deductible quite a bit.
Hope that last paragraph doesn't sound too judgemental, it's what I'd tell my son or daughter. (Before they bought the crap insurance in the first place, if they'd only ask, right?)
Too late now though, just live and learn.

Auto Body Repair reviews in Viola

Work was spectacular, detailed the car. etc.
However, HIGHLY disappointed in interactions. First time written estimate was ~ $500 and then somehow was $200 more when I brought car in on appointed day. I was given some story about paint colors etc.
Second time I brought car, was given verbal estimate by
Viola Auto Body Shops Provider Name Locked
(co-owner) for $300 and when I came back I was told it would be $700 and he told me I must have "misunderstood". No misunderstanding. I'm not particularly price sensitive but hate being told it's one thing and more when I bring it back to have the work done. Never going back. Not professional.
- Marjory B.

My car looks perfect! It was ready on time and for the price i was quoted. The staff was so nice and professional. They were the kind of people you wish you could do business with every day. If only the rest of life went this smoothly!
- cynthia H.

These were higly skilled eastern European craftsman, and real perfectionists. As a surgeon, I was fascinated by their techniques. They used lots of medieval looking instruments to both pull out hail dents as well as gently push them out from the inside, depending on the location of the
Viola Auto Body Shops Provider Name Locked
. They came within 2 hours of a phone call to look at the car, and after agreeing to a cash price, they remained until 10:30PM to complete the work. The car is essentially perfect, even though they said they 'could only get it to 95%'. I was totally impressed by their expertise. I wanted to go to sleep, but these guys would not stop until the job was perfect!
- Mark P.

We got multiple estimates. Their price was competitive, but also they were the only shop that was helpful in understanding which parts were functionally important vs. minor cosmetic issues, helping us trade off exactly which work to go ahead with. They made less money short term, but made us much more likely to go back (and recommend them).

The service by
Viola Auto Body Shops Provider Name Locked
was fabulous! The workmanship was top notch along with the customer service. To top it off, when I picked up my car I learned it had been washed and the inside vacuumed.
- Rachel L.

Everything was great. Got an appointment time that worked for me. I was kept up-to-date on the repair. Great customer service. Car ready as promised. The car was perfect.
- Alecia S.

When my door latch on the inside drivers door wouldn't open the door I though of
Viola Auto Body Shops Provider Name Locked
because they have repaired 3 veh's for me over the last 10/12 yrs and I have been very happy with their service . It has been 4 or 5 yrs sense they repaired my 2008 Volvo but I think they remembered me. They fixed my door latch within 30 min and when I asked how much I owed they said nothing this time. What nice people they are. I couldn't even get the door panel off, they know their business at
Viola Auto Body Shops Provider Name Locked
and my auto paint still looks like new. I highly recommend
Viola Auto Body Shops Provider Name Locked
because they do very good work and are honest people.
- John S.

Viola Auto Body Shops Provider Name Locked
provided outstanding, will-use-him-again service. He was particularly good at working with our insurance company, State Farm, on our claim involving damage our Flex had sustained to one of its front wheels. For instance, he gave us a great heads up about keeping an eye out for a possible bearing issue, which did, in fact, materialize a few days after I'd gotten my car back. Dealing with insurance companies on the supplemental stuff is no fun for anyone, but
Viola Auto Body Shops Provider Name Locked
made the situation better by making us feel taken care of throughout the process. I even misdiagnosed yet another thing wrong with my car a couple weeks later, at which point
Viola Auto Body Shops Provider Name Locked
was quick to invite me to bring it back in for him to test drive and run some diagnostics. It all turned out to be something unrelated and I felt a little foolish, but
Viola Auto Body Shops Provider Name Locked
did not really even laugh at me and gave us some sound advice about whether to have it (a transmission issue) addressed. All in all,
Viola Auto Body Shops Provider Name Locked
did great work and provided excellent customer service.
