Kim assembled a staff of professional carpenters as well as other trades in order to facilitate a wide range of residential construction projects including new home construction. He also foreseen the need for Lead Environmental training for all TBI employees due to the numerous Lead issues that arise during a construction project. This opened an enormous market for TBI because TBI was then able to pursue Lead projects for various agencies throughout Illinois & Missouri.
