used Angie’s list to find caterer just so I was informed what the difference was
in doing it ourselves or having it done professionally. My wife and I met with Chef

enthusiasm for his work, and dedication to making it a perfect event, not just
for the bride and groom, but also for us, the hosts.
We were offered lots of choices on appetizers, salads, main
courses and drinks. On any item we did not feel comfortable making a decision on
Chef was more than willing provide us recommendations. Chef visited
our house and helped us plan out the event, picking locations for serving tables and additional
places for the large number of our guests to sit and eat comfortably. They
even provided us with recommendations on how to stock our bar so we would have
what guest would ask for. Planning the event was smooth and we received all of
the help for Priceless Catering we needed to get ready.
The event went perfectly. All of the serving staff that was supplied
by were very professional and treated all of our guests like
celebrities. The food, from appetizers to desserts were fantastic. All of the various rounds of food were served
throughout the afternoon, including wedding cake and campaign, were handled by
them and everything was done on time and with no unwanted surprises. The bar
tender they supplied was also wonderful. She was knowledgeable, friendly and our
guests loved her.
Priceless Catering lived up to their promise to clean
everything up before they left after the event. Everything was cleaned. The kitchen
was cleaned; garbage picked up throughout the house, furniture returned to normal,
and everything was spotless.
We received comments from many of our guest how great the
food was, how good the service was and how nice the staff was. I would highly recommend
to all of my friends to use . When I do another event I would
immediately call them a not even consider looking for another caterer.
On the day of the event they showed up promptly and set up expediently. On the other end of the event, they took down everything efficiently, even as a few of us who were a bit tipsy were hanging around.
The food was excellent, as several of our guests commented. In fact, several asked for cards from as a reference for another event.

attempted to call him, but was unable to reach him as he wasn't answering, and his voice mailbox was
full. What kind of businessman allows this to happen! He was finally
reached by text so we knew he was on the way. The first van arrived with
warm beer and no ice. At this point the ceremony was over, and the plan
was to serve hors d'oeuvres and drinks while the wedding party was getting the
final photographs. It was over an hour before anyone got a drink or an hors d'oeuvre. The
owner of the venue was very upset also, and even
gave them some ice to chill the . Well things just continued to
spiral out of control as the evening progressed. They said they ran out
of red wine after less than an hour, but they must have sent out for some because
they had some later in the evening. I saw some of the staff folding
silverware into the napkins. This should have been done prior to
arriving, as it only added to the extreme lateness of the entire affair.
Some people were leaving early as they were hungry and weren't getting
fed. People couldn't get up to dance to the band or they wouldn't get a
plate of food, so they just had to sit at the table and wait to eat.
People didn't start getting their meals until well after 8, and my
husband and myself didn't get ours until 9 p.m. When it finally did come,
the food was cold. Some people only got meat and potatoes and not the
green beans. And CANNED GREEN BEANS--REALLY!!! What were they
thinking??? Family and members of the wedding party were helping to bus
the tables (removing salad plates) to help things along. Of course, all
this was extremely stressful for us. We were very embarrassed that our
guests had to endure this completely horrendous service.
son called a week after the event to let him know of our disappointment.
He seemed to agree that things did not go well. There were multiple
instances of breach of contract in the whole event. Our son sent him an email
of what we thought was a fair reimbursement. This was composed with the
help of one of the groomsmen who works in the catering industry. Our son
never heard from again. He sent him 3 subsequent emails requesting
him to follow up on this and contact them, all of which were ignored.
writing this in the hopes that no one else will ever have to endure this
incompetence for their special event.
