were great. They came to Carmel to pack up my car and tow it back to their shop on the south side for repairs. They called me the next day to let me know that the car was ready for pickup. I will be back for future repairs.

Completely unethical, horrible
Savoy Towing Company Provider Name Locked
company. They towed my car at 4:05 when restrictions started at 4PM. I ran outside, and they refused to take the car off the
Savoy Towing Company Provider Name Locked
truck. They told me it would be $25 and I could pick the car up right down the street. I let them take the car, but then I found out it was a $25 fee to the police department and $175 for the tow. I was lied to, and then I found out the car was over a mile away at the

lot. They had parked it in the mud, and refused to help me navigate the crowded, dark, and rainy lot to get the car out. I felt taken advantage of because I was a woman. My friend ( a male) had the same thing happen, and they took his car off the truck and let him pay $50 to the driver (same company). I am very angry and plan to file a Better Business Bureau complaint.

Car would not start after work,

company took it to
Savoy Towing Company Provider Name Locked
. They called me first thing in the morning and staying in touch with me until they found out what was wrong, had the cost and called back within 30 minutes saying it was done. The only thing is that I thought the cost of installing the battery ($80) was too high. Other than that, it was a great experience.

I can hardly believe any negative comments about the road service provided by this company. But then, I have never spent time in Jail over the week-end or had my vehicle impounded for improper registration documents. After reading a nastily worded negative review, I called this company to make sure I can use my debit card the next time I call them and to see if they changed procedures to a cash only basis. NO--they require cash only for vehicle impounds (ordered by a local police agency) and from those people proven incapable of following all state and local laws. Do not let one bad apple's review (which is full of inaccuracies) keep you from using
Savoy Towing Company Provider Name Locked
. I find their service fast, reliable and NOT costly.

My wife called me that the front tire on the car was ruined so I called the local tow company to go get the car which was less than 4 miles from town. I had to pay $190. Being I felt stuck with no where else to turn I payed to have the tow. I called the owner the next day and said this seems high and that I was being taken advantage of being in a tight spot. He said that is what is allowed by CHP and that is the customary charge. I also told him since it was a short tow and he should be more money conscious to the locals and not trying to get as much money as he can. There is such thing as taking advantage of people.

my wife was stranded on I40 near Nashville Tn, we called several companies and Rescue Professionals gave us the best price, she was told they would be there in 30 minutes, and they where there in 15, that was a huge relief, because we where on the highway, there driver was very professional, and quickly hooked up the car and towed us to a nearby garage where we got a new fan belt put on, the driver was a pro, and was extremely nice, and even the truck was clean,
we would definitely use them again, if we ever need it, and we will recommend them to family and friends.

They are a scam operation. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and filed a claim with my bank against them as well. They sub-let their work so you call their number and then the
Savoy Towing Company Provider Name Locked
agency is a sub-letter. It was a bait and switch-type operation. The dispatcher told me it would be a $55 charge for each item being towed and that they could not tow the camper and the motorcycle at the same time. They said there would not be a mileage charge because it was inside the city limits. Supposedly the tow truck driver went outside the city limits to get between the two addresses so we were charged mileage between the two locations for both trips. The driver also charged us approximately $45 more for each vehicle above what I had been quoted. I was told by the dispatcher that I did not need to be there to meet the driver, because I worked. They ended up meeting my partner there to help load the motorcycle and then charged us for an extra person to get the motorcycle off the tow truck at our house, even though they knew when I called to request the quote that it was a motorcycle they were picking up and dropping off.
