"Everyone involved was great to work with. After nearly ten months, the
still look brand new. Everything was ready to go right when they said it would be. The" installers were polite and careful in our house and clean. Overall it was a great experience, and we have found nothing to complain about, it went about as smoothly as it possibly could have.

"I know nothing and had to put all my trust into the general contractor. I even had to leave town due to a death. I knew everything that was happening and when it was explained in" contractor language he translated it to ignorant should never have bought a house owner language. I felt my best interest was their best interest and it came out better than I thought or imagined.

"I'll preface this review by saying that this was not the first place we looked at, and I consider myself to be a very particular (IE difficult) customer when it comes to the finer" details. We had shopped around at a couple Kitchen and Bath places, including the big box stores like Lowes and Home Depot, and all we got were responses of "you will have to schedule and appointment to discuss your options", and were not given the time of day. I saw an ad for
K&B, and my Fiancé and I decided to stop in to their showroom one weekend. We were warmly greeted by their salesman
right off the bat. I immediately appreciated the professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and direct nature of our conversation. We received no grimey 'used car salesmen' feeling you sometimes get with some places, where you can tell they will promise you anything just to get your business. The entire process was laid out for us where we know what had to happen and when, prior to leaving their showroom. They did have to set up an appointment to get measurements, which was scheduled promptly, and I had a full quote and 3D CAD drawing of what our kitchen would look like in no time. We went ahead and placed out order, and was told up front about the cabinets taking several weeks to manufacture. At this point, we had already done our homework, and knew this wasn’t an unreasonable amount of lead time to wait for a good quality cabinet. Only drawback was that they did require a significant portion of the cabinet costs paid up front before placing the order. This is obviously to protect them though, in the event someone cancels during that wait time. The cabinets arrived pretty much exactly when they said they would, were delivered in good shape, and came well packaged from the manufacturer. I had already removed my own cabinets (this is an added costs to have them do) and my cabinet install was promptly scheduled. Unfortunately, this required another payment, which I did not understand as much, but gladly paid since the project was going smooth and I had nothing to worry about. There were a couple hiccups on the day of install, but nothing out of the ordinary, and
was quick to make sure they were corrected. I actually made a "punch list" of little things that needed to be done, and they were done without any pushback or issue. Now come the granite tops... This is where I felt the project started slipping up a bit, but would not be a deal breaker if I ever needed to use
again. My concerns were always addressed, and I never felt like was being 'blown off' just because my product was towards completion, and they already had the majority of my money. Unfortunately, the granite guys are not able to be scheduled the same day as the cabinet guys, and it took several days to get the templates made. Due to me wanting to use my own sink, this set me back even more, and required me to personally drive the sink to their fabrication shop (but this was on me for getting the wrong size sink to begin with, I just wish I had more direction as to what size sink would fit into the sink base I ordered). Unfortunately, I got a call at this time letting me know that the Slab Depot, (the granite yard they go through to purchase their granite), had sold the slab of granite we drove 30 minutes to go see in person and hand pick at the yard.
was able to get me some pictures, and put my mind at ease, but there did wind up being a 10” flaw in the granite that was not visible in the picture, that did make its way into my tops. The tops were fabricated & installed quickly once the templating was done, and they did work to get my project finalized quickly. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience with
K&B. As with any large home project, there are going to be hiccups, but they made sure all issues were addressed in a timely manner, and taken care of ASAP to my liking. They do NOT do plumbing or complete tile backsplash work, but they make this known right up front, and these trades are easy to find to come in and finalize the project once
is done. Do not hesitate to stop in and get a quote from
if shopping around for Kitchen and Batch cabinets and counters.

Artificial (quartz) is cheaper, more uniform, has fewer voids to collect dirt, and is almost as abrasion and chip resistant.

Granite is more expensive, stains and collects dirt a little easier as a rule, and is slighly more chip resistant as a rule.

For durability, I would not rate one over the other - barring a 250 lb guy hopping up on it and cracking it, either is likely to outlive you. Selection is typically based on appearance - quartz tends to be more uniform looking and does not always do a good job of simulating the veining and variations that natural stone has.

Now some of the man made stone counters rival the real granite and othe stones without the maintainence of stone. There are many of them out there and it is more a choice of looks than anything else. Corian is still a strong choice of tops today and one advantage is it can be repaired when scratched on site. If you don't mind the maintainence you can't beat the looks of real stone though unless you need a few pieces to make up the top as the graining may be hard to match up. I am impressed though at how realistic some of the man made products have become. It is more an issue of what brand are available in your area. Most all are made the same way with crushed stone and basically an epoxy binder used to make the sheets.

Princeton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
was wonderful, so professional with excellent follow-up to my calls. He installed a beautiful granite counter top for a very, very reasonable price and it was a perfect fit. He came to measure exactly when he told me, and he came to install at precisely the time he said he would arrive. Quick, easy, wonderful, I would not hesitate to recommend

and would absolutely use them again!

My initial contact with
Princeton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
Princeton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
occurred before I had even moved in to the house. I arranged for them to come down and give me an estimate, and once I had moved in we went ahead with the work.
I have to say that they did an incredible job, and the finished result is gorgeous. They replaced two sections of countertop, and also replaced the covering for a large island in the kitchen. The whole job was well coordinated with my plumber and came off without a hitch. The guys were pleasant and a pleasure to have working in my home.
All in all I was extremely satisfied with both
Princeton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
and the finished product.

The initial visit and estimate was an excellent experience. I learned quite a bit about my floors, what I should have been doing to care for them, and how they would complete the work. I also receive the estimate at the end of that visit, which was great because I could ask any questions right then.
The work took three days to complete. The professionals who came were always on time and worked three full days. They literally whistled while they worked, which put a smile on my face, but also made me realize they enjoy and take pride in their work. The results showed - my floors look brand new. They always consulted with me about my preferences and if they were running into any issues ( minimal).
I will use them again for annual maintenance and I would recommend them to my friends for marble restoration work.

I-4 Kitchen Cabinets had a nice selection of cabinet grades and hardware.
Their staff is polite and Professional and the installation team was very proficient and easy to work with.
Materials were delivered on time as promised and the install was promptly scheduled within a week of delivery. As with every makeover there are always challenges however the I-4 team was very cooperative and took care to ensure that all our requests were met and all work performed by their team was preformed efficiently and professionally.

- Dan C.

The company was cooperative in scheduling the appointment to measure, the representative arrived when scheduled and the plan was delivered when promised. We decided not to go ahead with remodeling at this time.
- James H.

The first time they showed up they didn't perform the service because their black granite specialist wasn't available. This was a little upsetting and rescheduling wasn't very easy. However, once their specialist came back, he did a great job in buffing out the scratch.

Price was on par with home depot about $50 dollars cheaper. Had a much lower quote from another place a few miles away but was worried because their reviews stated they didn't take care of little things after the service. So i went with
Princeton Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
so I wouldn't have to deal with any issues later. After installation, which went well, I hooked up the sink and turned it on and all the water didn't drain so I checked it with a level and it was off they didn't use the sink clips that came with the sink they used 2x4s. So I had to cut the screws with an oscillating tool and adjust it. Also sink was not caulked all the way around and the sealer they use is terrible. I wish I had saved the $500 and went with the cheaper quote.
