"They are amazing, always going above the high standards they set for themselves. If our travel plans change, as they often do,
" make sure our boys are always taken care of, the house in order, and then they call to make sure we got home safely. On several occasions, they even cleaned the leaves out of our swimming pool because they saw it was needed. I never worry about our pets or our house when "Daisy" is there. I recommend them without hesitation whenever someone asks me how we keep our pets and house safe when we're away.

-Dorene M.

"They would always call right away about everything which was great. People weren't always dependable due to personal circumstances or personal reasons. They" seemed to be short of people who could work in my rural area. Service seems to be best with very basic tasks of feeding and cleaning the cat box. Tasks like administering subcutaneous fluids to older cats did not go well or could not be done at all. Working with non-traditional pets like geckos also seemed outside of their scope. Nice people, and the office staff was very good.

Pet Sitting reviews in Plano

Person assigned to provide care (and it's generally always the same person for the entire time) not only did the basic cat care, but provided lots of attention to the cats, picked up mail, and kept the litter area clean and scooped. A regular log is provided so you know what was done over the time period. Even occasional pictures texted to my phone! Positive & responsive pet care -- have used them regularly since 2011.

has always been very professional in her approach to her business, but it is obvious she does this work because of her love of cats. She doesn't just come in and feed the cats, clean the box and leave - she actually spends time with my cat and always sends me a photo or video so I know that she has been there and that my cat is well taken care of - something I appreciate. The small details
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
takes care of, like bringing in the newspaper and setting out my garbage cans, are very much appreciated. I would highly recommend
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
if you need a professional, cat-loving person to take care of your cat in your absence.

Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
is absolutely fantastic. She cared for our cat Hudson and our house while we were gone, and took excellent care of both. Hudson takes a while to warm up to most new people, but he took a liking to
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
right away, and we returned to a very happy and well-adjusted cat, which is usually not the case when we travel.
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
was wonderful with him, and it showed when we returned. Furthermore,
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
regularly sent us pictures and even short videos of Hudson as part of the daily visit - this was a fantastic extra, as we got to see how well Hudson was doing, and it really gave us significant peace of mind while we were out of the country.
We will be asking
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
to take care of Hudson whenever we are travelling, and we highly recommend that others do the same - you won't find a better pet sitter!

We have used their service twice so far. They were very accommodating and happy to do whatever we needed done. They took great care of our dog for us while we were away. They are very professional and thorough. They did more than what we asked even. They played with the dog and walked him. They have done an exceptional job. It is very easy to schedule a service with them. We can either phone in or email a request and they will send a confirmation.

Excellent service. Excellent. April feeds the cats, gives them loving and treats. Cleans the litter box and takes all trash with her. One of the cats does not generally do well with strangers, but loves her from a distance. No hissing. High compliments!

I was starting a new job that required 3 days of 12 hour shifts. My big 90 lbs lab can't be left alone for that long a time because I make my own dog food (I don't trust the store stuff).
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
showed real interest in my dogs needs and I felt I could trust him with keys to my house. He came over at 6 AM and 3 PM to feed and walk Buster on those days I had to leave real early.
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
always cleaned up the kitchen after warming up the dogs food from the frig, and I could tell that Buster was real happy keeping his routine when I wasn't home.
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
also sent me text every morning with pics of Buster eating his breakfast! I was very impressed with
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
level of service and i'll call on him again if I have to go back to that 12 schedule.

I have an Irish
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
and a Weimaraner. The Weim is still a puppy and requires ALOT of attention.
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
has taken great care of the dogs. They send me a text with a picture of the dogs every day so I can see my happy pups. My dogs do not appear to be stressed out if I have been gone for a week. Both dogs would almost always be stressed out, sick or really skinny after a week in even the best kennel. Not with
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
, my dogs are happy to see me but I can tell they weren't stressed while I was gone. I can go on vacation and know my dogs are loved on and cared for in my absence.

I have been using
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
's dog walking services since October 2014, and couldn't speak more highly about the business and especially my regular dog walker,
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
. The $325 fee is for daily walks, 5 days/week; while walks are not provided on major holidays (no discount given), walks are included for many holidays (such as MLK Day) without any additional charge. (For the first year I used its services,
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
walked two dogs for me, at an extra charge of only $5/day- slightly less when the 5 days/week monthly package is purchased.) If you do not need walks 5 days/week, the daily rate is comparable to any reputable dog walking service in the city. What has made
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
stand out for me are the following: (1) Expertise with dogs. When
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
first started, one of my dogs had quite a fear of him and growled; she wouldn't let him near her to walk her (sadly, this behavior developed through negative experiences with my prior dog walking service and its walkers who were neither reliable nor particularly knowledgeable of animals, something I realized too late). Rather than refusing to walk her, he patiently worked with her so that she would not be fearful, and she became quite fond of him. (2) Reliability. My dog is my fur-baby, so knowing that I can always rely on
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
to be there every single day, rain or shine, sun or snow, is very comforting. Not once in the year and three months that I have used
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
have I ever gotten a last minute call, text, or email canceling dog walking services for the day. Any cancellations (due to holidays or dangerously inclement weather) are always provided in advance, and substitute dog walkers have always been provided if/when
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
is not available (which is rare). (3) Flexibility. I have a very busy schedule, which sometimes means that I find myself needing an extra dog walk during an evening or over weekends. Sometimes my requests come only a few hours' in advance of the need, and yet every single time
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
has been able to assist, or find another walker who can help out. Further, if I have previously scheduled extra walks but do not end up needing the service, so long as I cancel before the walker leaves for/arrives at my home, I am not charged- even for same day cancellations (caveat: I think this is a benefit of the 5 days/week walking package; there may be a minor charge for day-of cancellations otherwise). I also love that
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
will do either individual or pack walks, depending on what is best for your dog. I always loved the pack walks for the increased socialization, but especially since the death of one of my dogs, the daily pack walk has been really therapeutic for my other dog. While she lost her sister, she still gets to see 3 of her doggie buddies 5 days/week, which I know she loves. (4) Care above and beyond what is "required." There have been times when I scheduled an evening walk but forgot to specifically leave instructions for
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
to feed my dog; he knows my dog's routine and thinks of things I may have forgotten, so my pup has never had to miss (or be late) for a meal due to my forgetfulness. Also, during days when I am working from home and
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
arrives for the walk, my dog sprints to the front door to
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
him; her affection for him is obvious. It is clear that he treats her very well, because she loses all interest in me the moment he arrives. (5) Consistency. Several of my friends use other (one in particular) very reputable neighborhood dog walking services. However, the walkers hired by the other services seem to be more transient (or, at least, in transition) and every few months my friends have a new walker, which appears to be the norm for this type of business (not a criticism, just an observation). That said, I very much appreciate that I have had the same walker,
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
, for the entire time I have used
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
. While my dog is always excited for anyone who comes to walk her, I like that she has "her person" with whom she has developed a bond, and who she looks forward to seeing every day. (6) Trustworthy. I live in a condo, so the safety and security of all residents' in my building is important. I implicitly trust
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
and the other employees at
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
with access to my building and unit.

I look forward to a continued relationship with
Plano Pet And House Sitters Provider Name Locked
, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of dog walker or sitter.
