Park Ridge Countertop Installers Reviews

"Existing space consisted of an enclosed laundry room in our basement.
Park Ridge Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
transformed the room into a sit down wet bar, with new cabinets, counters and tile work.
During initial consultation,
Park Ridge Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
(owner) had some great ideas about how to work with the space and the many constraints you encounter in a basement setting. We agreed on a concept and a price that seemed fair given the scope. As the project went along, there were a few times where decisions had to be made regarding unknown existing constraints, finishes, etc.
Park Ridge Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
always had good ideas and was very cooperative about tweaking the design as the project moved along. I even asked
Park Ridge Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
to do a few other things, such as relocating the dryer vent, and adding a new partition wall, which he readily agreed to do for a very reasonable cost.
The entire scope of the project included opening up an existing wall, finish carpentry, new cabinets, new granite countertops, new sink, ice make installation, backsplash tile work, lighting and electrical.
Overall great experience. Will not hesitate to contact

for any future project, big or small.

’s prices are very competitive (especially with the Angie’s List discount coupons) and they had access to various quartz manufacturers. Our problems started with the installation and subsequent follow up. Two installers showed up (on time) and one was very pleasant and professional. The other member of the team was clearly in a hurry to get out and, while rushing to finish, made quite a mess. He left two epoxy finger prints on our new appliances and large drops of epoxy on our countertops in several places. I also caught him jamming a drawer back in a cabinet before it was about to break. The worst part of our experience, however, was on follow up items. We have a couple of rough spots on our quartz where it was cut and not completely polished. I have called
Park Ridge Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
several times about having someone come out to look at the rough spots and discuss how to fix them, but they have never called back. I specifically spoke with the Office Manager twice, and she assured me that the owner would call – but I never did heard back from him. I was told that they would call us when they were in the area, but they have never called. The countertops are beautiful, but my advice would be to watch the installers like a hawk whenever they are in your house and do not pay them the balance in full when they leave. Otherwise, if you have any follow up issues you will not hear from them again.

"They designed our new kitchen with a schedule for completion. The project started and ended precisely according to schedule. The skill, quality and professionalism of all the workers were the best. Worker arrived on time and cleaned up after the work day. How nice it was to work with such a kind and caring company."
"He was very patient with us, as we took quite a long time before committing to the project. He went through each step of the project. told us exactly what to expect and delivered on every aspect. The entire project took less than 4 weeks! We couldn't believe it. Every time we walk in to the kitchen we are thrilled with results. Any time we called with questions or concerns, he got back to us immediately. They were amazingly efficient and caused very little disruption.
I would highly recommend

& Bath if you're considering a remodel. My only regret is that we did not find them sooner.
"I was very pleased with their work - they did exactly what they said they would do. I ordered two granite counter tops and half a dozen cabinets and he installed it all. It was very neat and tidy and they charged exactly what they said they would!"
"Overall I was very please with the turn-around time from order to installation date being only a few weeks as well as the experience and cleanliness of the installers. I was able to comfortably negotiate a reasonable price in a friendly manner with no pressure. I liked that
Park Ridge Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
, the owner, is very much involved from beginning to end and that he even spent evenings visiting my home to go over CAD drawings and various kitchen layout concepts using differnt types of cabinets. He was very detailed oriented, explained which types of cabinets would work and told me what to expect throughout the project. In addition to reviewing samples at his newly remodeled storefront in downtown Park Ridge, I appreciated that I was able to go with him to the granite warehouse to choose the counter tops.

It was a great experience without any issues. I look forward to using Masters for my next project which will be to add a wet bar to my kitchen area.

Many thanks to

"He came on the date promised. He completed the work on time at the agreed-upon price. Since this was a home office with relatively large, heavy furniture, he took the furniture apart, moved it out of the room, and, after the walls were complete, he reassembled and put back the furniture. For us, the entire process was transparent. All we did, was but back the books and supplies. "
"It went very well. They came early to accommodate the time the new counter was going to show up. They came back later that day to reinstall the plumbing so that we would not be without the use of the kitchen. Everything was left very clean. The guys reinstalling the plumbing tested everything very well to make sure there were no leaks."

was very attentive to overall customer service, and made certain everything was done according to our specifications. We had chosen some tile upgrades, and the workers did a great job with the installation. (We have had many compliments on the beautiful tile work.) We have a non-standard sized kitchen which required custom cabinets, and although the cabinets that were delivered were not the ones we ordered, the workers were able to retrofit them into the space- rather than returning and reordering cabinets, which would have further delayed completion- and they look lovely. (Although there was some loss of overall space in our already small kitchen as a result.) We did have some communication problems, both during and after the job, and some issues that needed to be fixed after the job was completed. However,
Park Ridge Countertop Installers Provider Name Locked
made certain that everything was eventually resolved, and continued to work with us until we were completely satisfied.
"Took a long time to find someone to help me (this was on a weekday). The "salesman" didn't seem at all interested in helping me find the right countertop. Gave me a rough estimate on a specific brand I'd been shopping. Didn't offer any alternatives. I went with a company that cost a little more but provided much better service."
