Excellent! The gentleman was very courteous and worked to find a solution. My phone was not activating as it should have, and he resolved the problem. He even called me back to make sure it was working!

They showed up on time, were very professional as far as wearing shoe covers to informing we what the status was and got everything installed in about 2 hours.

Back in Feb of 2014, we went into

retail store to check on a special

was running. We had even taken a picture of the special to ask if it would be applicable to our transferring service. (Still have the photo in our phone) After quite a lengthy time, the sales representative who also spoke with

Corporate office and verified that we would be eligible for $100.00 credit per phone and an employee discount, we finalized switching carriers. We specified several times, we did not want to change service if we did not get the credits as we had to pay quite a bit to end our previous contract on one of the phones and this is what would offset the expense. The representative at the retail store on W86th St checked and confirmed with the corporate office to be sure so we have no complaint against him. We have spent from February to October trying not only to get our discount but also the $100 credits. One representative finally gave us one of the $100 credits, but we were told it was only as a courtesy, not because we were actually eligible to receive it. We have been lied to over and over again and up until September patiently waited when we were told it got elevated to manager level. However, a manager never called us back. Finally in October I went into a corporate office in

and spoke with a representative there. He was very kind and spent quite a bit of time trying to get this resolved. While there, I asked to speak with the manager on site. He went and asked her to speak with me and explained the situation. When he came back, I asked what happened to the manager and he said she wouldn't come. He then called a corporate customer service rep, and when he seemed to be getting a little frustrated with the person he was speaking to on the phone, I asked if it would be possible for me to speak with them and he handed me the phone. The customer rep kept speaking in circles until I finally told her I just wanted an honest answer, would they be crediting our account or not. She said they would not be as the dates didn't match up. (Even though this had been confirmed we were eligible from day one). I thanked her, asked the young man where the nearest Sprint Corporate Store was and have now switched back to Sprint who has already given us a great deal and some of our credit.

? Never again! We lost our $200.00 in credits and also lost what we had to pay Sprint when we ended the contract on one of the phones. The employee discount got resolved but though it was their employee's error, they didn't offer to make it retro. Discount would have started in November. Very expensive lesson. don't trust

I have used sprint and I loved them. I will go back to them because I love them. For the four years we had them I never had to hear that I needed to I need to pay extra because I am using data. I played games on my smart phone on my lunch break for three years and uploaded photos and never did I hear anything about data. I am going back to Sprint and they never treated me bad.

They have the best reception but the price is expensive. My husband was using an old phone and I told him he would have more problems getting a signal. We use two phones with them. If you have trouble with your phone and and go in there it will take you forever but if you walk in and said that you want to upgrade they will deal with you right away. So that is what I

They have a wider coverage than other providers that have signal problems. However my wife bought an android phone and the price seemed fair from the special but the quality of the voice conversation is not clear and less reliable.

We never had issues at all with their service. They are fine. The service is good. The quality of the cell phones and the landline are fine.
