Business Description: Our Purpose As a Christian counseling and coaching center we are dedicated to seeing each person grow in the grace and knowledge of God and Jesus Christ. We are committed to providing cutting-edge, dynamic, and effective support to those who want to live great lives including meaningful relationships, service-filled satisfying careers, and deep fulfilling faith. The Center for Christian Life Enrichment (CLE) seeks to be a refuge for those who have been hurt by disingenuous, dogmatic, judgmental, and legalistic forms of religion. The expression of genuine love toward ourselves as well as others is foundational to all we do and believe. We believe that each individual is created in the image of God and their life has both meaning and purpose. Because wisdom, character, and maturity are most often born out of adversity, we support each other in our journey to learn and grow from our challenges and live to our highest potential. We strongly emphasize the need for each individual to assume responsibility for their own life. Each individual is accountable to exercise their gifts and talents as well as fulfill their life project. Our Approach The foundation of our approach to counseling is the central teachings of Christianity, and we build upon these principles by drawing from the wisdom and methodologies of many psychotherapeutic disciplines. Our approach to counseling has been greatly influenced by Humanistic, Existential, Developmental, and Adlerian methodologies. Although we have a unique interest in the struggles common to the Christian faith, our desire is to be a community in which individuals can deepen their faith in God regardless of their background, religious beliefs, and culture. FAQs How do I know if I need counseling? You do not need to wait until you are struggling with anxiety, depression or relational breakdown to reach out for support. Personal growth work is for anyone who wants more nourishment, joy and satisfaction in their life. The healthiest and most successful individuals are those with the most support in their lives. How do I know who the best therapist is for me? It is important that your therapist is someone with whom you feel safe, who understands your pain, and who is qualified to support you in your transformation. All of our therapists are actively involved in their own personal growth and work within a team to receive supervision and support. How do I set up an appointment? Contact the Clinical Director, Rich Blue, and he would be happy to listen to your story, help you identify your growth edges and connect you with the member of our staff team who can most effectively support you. You may also want to check out the therapist profiles posted on our staff page and directly contact a therapist with whom you feel an affinity. How much does it cost? Each of our therapists charges a fee commensurate with their experience and training. Our fees begin at $100 per 50 minute session. Is there a sliding scale? Initially, all clients are expected to pay the regular fees. For clients who have genuine financial needs and who share our vision and values, we will work with you to find a fee that you can afford. How long does someone stay in counseling? Clients find they resolve the concerns that initially bring them to therapy very quickly. Many people choose to continue their growth work at CLE because they get a vision for how they can experience the life they have always wanted.
