The woman that did the interview with me on the phone was very polite and it took a little over an hour for the interview and it was very enjoyable.
I was told that it would take about 7 days to complete the resume and that I would be contacted if they had any further questions or concerns or if it was going to take longer than a "seven day turnaround" to complete the resume.
On June 20, 2014 I sent an email to them inquiring on why there was a delay in getting my resume back to me when I was advised that there was a seven day turnaround on these and this was the reply I got back from my email;

To date, I have sent out over 150 resumes and have had approximately 4 responses in which one of them was advising me that there was too much "filler" in the resume and that it could have looked a little more professional.
My personal feeling is that because of my persistence in trying to find out what was going on and the fact that they were possibly overbooked with a special that they were running, is that they rush through my resume and did not give it the attention that it needed.
I would have a very hard time recommending their services to anyone else mainly because they have a hard time communicating with their customers and once they seem to get their money they don't want talk to at all.
