We provide a broad range of investigative services which include Matrimonial Cases, Due Diligence, Criminal, Civil, Workers Compensation, and Attorney Support. iis also offers services in locating missing persons and Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM). iis listens to the individual client’s needs and works together with the client to create a long lasting solution. We perform cases locally, nationally, and internationally handling numerous, and difficult types of investigations with various scenarios. Our efforts are directed around each individual client and their exacting needs. Our client base is diverse, ranging from private citizens, attorneys, localovernments and companies. Our investigators consist of highly skilled, highly trained professional male and female investigators. All of our investigators are specialists who possess the highest training, expertise, ethical standards, and professional backgrounds in the industry including military, federal and local law enforcement experience. We combine state of the art technology and training with old world investigative techniques to ensure accurate and complete results. Illinois Investigative Solutions, Inc., President, Matthew B. Hale has federal and local law enforcement experience as an investigator, police officer, crime scene technician, range master, undercover operative, SWAT team member and narcotics agent. He was employed as the Director of Investigations for two Illinois Detective Agencies prior to becoming a Police Officer in the suburban Chicago area. He was an investigator with the United States Army Criminal Investigation Division (CID), Drug Suppression Team, where he was awarded the Army Achievement Medal for his contributions. Mr. Hale graduated from Vincennes University where he majored in law enforcement and also attended Purdue University prior to enlisting in the United States Army. Mr. Hale graduated from the Police Academy where he subsequently became an instructor, training new police recruits. Mr. Hale is certified as an Evidence Technician and Firearms Instructor through the State of Illinois. Mr. Hale has been trained in the Reid School of Interviews and Interrogations and has personally conducted numerous undercover operations. During his employment with the U.S. Army, he was trained in the use of technical listening equipment, surveillance, counter surveillance and the handling and interrogation of suspected criminals. Illinois Investigative Solutions is a proud member of the World Association of Detectives, the National Council of Investigation and Security Services and the Naperville Chamber of Commerce.
