Business Description: 2 Assure You Home Inspections is a new business. I do have over 20 years in the construction industry. I have worked with roofers, electricians, plumbers, carpenters. cabinetmakers and drywallers/painters. I also have foreman and worker experience in ironwork and reinforcing rebar as well as ornamental ironwork. Having this experience helps considerably when inspecting your home. This being a newer company I am the sole owner and only inspector at this time. As time goes on and home sales increase I will hire only the best personally screened applicants. If by chance I am busy I do have some other inspectors who I can refer you to but I do not use subcontractors at this time. I am licensed in the state of Illinois. My license number is 450010299. I am also a member of NACHI which stands for National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. The standards are higher for NACHI than the state of Illinois. Pricing varies home to home so exact quote cannot really be given at this time. most 2000 square foot homes will probably be $300.00 - $400.00 per inspection. Extra outbuilding, garages, furnaces, air conditioning systems and anything inspected outside the normal home inspection can be done for additional charges. If you mention that you heard of 2 Assure You Home Inspections from Angie's List I will give you a 10% discount. One discount per inspection. If you don't have you home inspected by 2 Assure You Home Inspections at least get your home inspected by a licensed inspector. You should use an inspector licensed in Illinois as well as associated with NACHI as well.
