All remodeling of kitchen/baths, basement waterproofing, etc. is quoted, and invoiced 30 days net. with an initial 25% deposit put down. We do not charge for trip or traveling time, but do have a 1st hr. charge of $300.00 for large or main sewer rodding/jetting, and there after back to our rate of $100.00 per hour. Our emphasis is on quality workmanship, being very neat and courteous when in a clients home. We are also very prompt.
