Business Description: General Contracting of any and all residential construction work. Carpentry services include all phases of residential construction, framing through finish. We provide qualified and insured subcontractors for electric, plumbing, hvac, roofing, gutters, countertops, cabinets, tile, wood flooring. We supervise our subcontractors while working in your home, and make sure their work is performed correctly. We provide payout and lien waiver services for all subcontractors on the jobsite. We prepare and apply for building permits when necessary. We have been in this business for 35 years, and have probably remodeled some of your neighbors homes.
