"
is a community. I'll start with the teachers who
FANTASTIC, well educated, and really care about the children. The classes are" small, with two teachers, and have great variety in the curriculum. The facility is about 4 times larger than you expect based on the exterior. They have safe and comfortable classrooms, a large playground with soft flooring, birds, chickens, swings, slides, just everything you need to tire out your toddler and have them come home beaming with joy and full of stories about their adventures. Everything is beautifully decorated, well manicured, clean, and very organized. ALSO, and this truly left me pleasantly shocked: The owner and administrative office staff are extremely professional, kind, have a sense of urgency, strictly adhere to all practical guidelines and run an extremely "tight ship." I'm serious: All e-mails are answered almost immediately, there's always someone at the front office to "buzz you in" when you arrive, the billing is automated with detailed invoices, and all parent-teacher conferences and other events are scheduled efficiently, well in advance and conducted/executed perfectly. They should run LA Unified. Finally, Camelot is a community. In Los
we, like many busy parents, are pressed for time and far away from friends and family. Every Camelot parent we've met has been friendly, supportive and a great resource for play dates, activities, mutual consolation (hey, toddlers are hard work!), birthday party planning and attendance, all the things our kids need to foster a healthy and happy environment for socialization, learning and play. Things you should know: I'm a tough critic, extremely protective of my daughter, and have extremely high service expectations. Our daughter has been at Camelot since age 2 and enrolled in 2012 after an exhaustive
of schools in our area. We could not be happier. Period. If you're looking for peace of mind, a safe and happy environment, awesome teachers, a professional administration and happy kids, Camelot is for you. Outstanding and so appreciated.

"My son is loving his new
. He is singing songs about letters and how to clap the sound of his name. Crafts so far are really cute and he is so proud of himself." I love how there is so much room and space to let the children run and play. Totally would recommend this place. Great teachers that really seem to love their jobs!

"My family moved to Tallahassee in May of 2013. My son was 1.5 years old then and had been enrolled in two preschools in Nashville before our move. This school is by far the most clean," organized, and professional. Ms.
is the two year old class assistant and she is firm, but loving. She talked to my son about the weather and his feelings and he would come home saying the funniest stuff. She treated him like the little person he is, not just another kid. The lead teacher retired this year after 12 years and was replaced by the wonderful, enthusiastic Ms.
. Now that he's in the 3 year old classroom, it's run even more like a school. The kids take turns as line leaders and calendar leaders, learning how to share responsibilities while learning about the months of the year. Letter, colors, and numbers, of course. Some Facts: The school is non-denominational. They have the best playground in town. They only take 2 year olds and up. The only downside is that you can't go part-time. But it is open all summer and works great for government workers who are headed downtown. And the school's holiday schedule matches up with the government's holiday schedule. No fall or spring break to scramble to find a babysitter for. I think the price is very reasonable. You can buy a really healthy lunch for an additional $2.50 per day. The menu changes, but they always have a fruit, a vegetable, a protein and a whole grain. I think these healthy lunches that are shared by the other kids have taught my son to not be afraid to try new foods. The kids have gotten to do some really fun, special stuff. A magic show, a carnival, a Spring Program, the mobile
, water day ... they are always doing something exciting for the kids. My son absolutely loves it there.

My daughter loved this school. I enrolled her September 2013 for full day pre school for 4 year olds. I picked this school because my daughter missed the cut off for school in our town. I found the teachers very caring. They connected with her and were able to identify her needs very well. Everyday my daughter looked forward to going to school. For preschoolers the fundraisers are optional and uniforms are not required. The price is on par with other preschools in the area.

Amazing staff and beautiful location for a child care. Awesome program. It's not only a child care, it's a real learning center where children learn and experience. Very satisfied of my choice.

While this daycare is not a big box, fancy facility, they are filled with workers who care about your child. The facility is clean, maintained, and keeps kids happy and busy throughout the day. My son was there from infancy through 16 months as I worked during the day. They are flexible with the hours and schedule you would like to keep ( I had most of the summer off). Care is very personalized here. You can't beat the price either! My family will greatly miss this place after we move--we wish we could take them with us!

Our daughter was in

for about 20 months, she enjoyed it very much, came home always happy. Loved her teachers very much. The daily email report was helpful to know the classroom activities and lunch details. She was in butterfly, duck, frog and then sunflower rooms. The classrooms were bright and nice layout. Overall wonderful experience.

When we moved our kids to this Daycare facility we had a good impression and were hoping this place was going to be an excellent environment for our children. They are affiliated with a Catholic Church, so we expected to be treated better. This facility has some good aspects: great space for playground, recycling program, and some great teachers, specifically Ms.

La Grange Childcare Centers Provider Name Locked
Gotting. She is rude, dishonest, not nurturing or loving and does not care for the children. I talked with 3 moms at the daycare that have been there for more than a year, and they all had the same impression than us of the Director. All of them told me that they’ve had issues in the past with her. I am not sure why the Church lets a person like this run the facility, perhaps she does a good job administrating the place, but she is certainly not the right person to deal with people, and surely not with kids. She has an assistant, Mr.

, who is a completely useless person. We never understood what he does there, he never shows up, and when you try to address an issue with him, he has no answer. The last thing worth to mention, is their fairly new teacher for the classroom of the 3 years old kids, Ms.
La Grange Childcare Centers Provider Name Locked
. She is the worst teacher we’ve ever experienced. She does not have the ability or the energy to deal with kids. She does not welcome them in the morning, or engage in any way. They claim she has over 40 years of experience and that the kids were so lucky to have them. From our perspective, we can only share our experience which was seeing our kid cry every day for 3 months when he was left with her. We truly hope this review helps if you ever check or think about enrolling your kid in this daycare.

First of all, they have two indoor play areas and multiple outdoor play areas, this I have found is a rare thing in the west side of the metro. When it's nice they take the kids for a walk around the block, which I think is fabulous so the kids get exposed to so many 'wonders' like big trucks, leaves falling from trees, birds flying and airplanes. The administration is hands down fabulous. They can tell that I have trouble leaving my son every day so some times I get a quick little note e-mail saying thinks like "mom, I wanted to tell you I'm having fun today". Which may seem like nothing but it really does help and I can't really put a price on that.
The teachers in each class are so caring and knowledgeable. It really feels like they care about your child. When I walk through the halls even the teachers that don't have my son yet know his name, which really makes me think that the whole place is trying above and beyond to know my child. I would love to be with him 24/7 and work full time but of course that can't happen and this place makes it possible for me not to fret about him all day. They have healthy meals, fun activities, in center field trips for the little guys and actual field trips when they are older. It would help if they were open a bit earlier but I have adjusted my schedule to accommodate theirs and it has worked well.
I like the teachers, I like the staff, I like the other kids that attend, it's a great over all place.
Oh and they do the county child development checks to make sure your child is on track or prompts you where they need extra attention or evaluation by a professional. It would be best of the best if they did daily notes detailing what your child did during the day so you can feel a part of the child's day but really I'd rather they spend that time focused on my child so I've gotten over that. Thank you HELC for your over the top wonderfulness.

is a gem in

! My husband and I toured the center in mid-June of this year (2014) and immediately knew that this was a place to which we could entrust our daughter's care (our daughter is 11 months old). The rooms and public areas are very clean (sparkling) with hand sanitizing and cleaning materials easily accessible to adults. They provide age-appropriate food (local, mostly organic, non-GMO, no-hormone) with a nicely varied menu. As a Spanish immersion daycare, they teach the kids Spanish (there's a weekly curriculum posted for each room), in addition to sign language. They also provide cloth diapers for use at the center. They will mix formula for your infant as long as you bring the formula. My daughter wasn't drinking much formula while she was there, so her teacher worked with me to troubleshoot the problem -- turns out she preferred the bottles I use at home (so they let me bring those in and leave them there for her use whenever she's there), so now she's taking it just fine. They are sooooo good with the kids, and I can tell that this is not just another job for any of them. They care, tremendously. I get a report card each day, detailing not food eaten, formula/breast milk taken, naps (duration and time), number of diapers and their...contents, activities in which she participated, and how she did, in general. They teach/reinforce manners and social skills...they're wonderful at
