His speciality trade niche has been seasoned by fine trim-work and custom woodworking, entry doorway & interior door renovations, new and vintage decorative door hardware with particular focus on Entrance & Interior Mortise locks. He is nationally known in the decorative door hardware and fine home building industry as a master-craftsman for humble renovation or high-end restoration projects - equally. Regarding subs: I do not use sub-contractors. I am a one man Artisan shop. My rates are as follows: • CDIA Service Call Day rate: $120 first hour then $80 per hour afterword. • Fixed Bid Installation service contracts estimated per individual project scope. • All travel, parking, incidentals, etc. are billed at cost to customer.
