I took my car to
because of the great reviews here. I called them, set up an appointment, and Vahan came out to take a look at my car at the appointment time. Everything was really smooth; they had paperwork already filled out with my name on it, and I scheduled to bring my car back for repairs in one week. I called the day before I was supposed to go back in, and it turns out that they had no record of me coming in, and could not find any paperwork (even though I told them who I spoke to previously). I went in a second time for an estimate. They did the estimate, and said that the insurance company would have it that day. I called a few days later, and they couldn't find my insurance claim at all. They kept looking for days and were unable to find it. I gave them the name of the insurance contact person, and it took them a week to get in touch with her. After all of this, they twice told me that they would submit it to insurance on the day that I talked to them, and they never did. Furthermore, I would call during the day, and the phone would ring constantly without anyone answering. I would have to call at least five times a day to get them to answer. They said that they were having phone troubles, and I finally did get another phone number from them. Between the two numbers, I could generally talk to someone. I finally got so fed up with them that I am taking my car elsewhere. They were impossible to communicate with and completely unprofessional in not keeping to any sort of deadlines.

From the initial contact until the moment I drove away after the repairs were completed, the personnel at D and V
Inc personnel always presented as being outstandingly professional. Kudos to
for his
eye for detail(s) and for his patience dealing with a very demanding customer. He is indeed a consummate professional.
Preview two or three other shops and then travel to the D and V operation in Sterling, VA. A bit of a drive to be sure, but the time spent on the road pales into insignificance once you arrive and tour the facility. A distinction with a significant difference.
Bravo!

My Honda Pilot was rearended. I took it to
Fairview Heights Custom Cars Provider Name Locked
with my insurance check from the estimate. They found more damage than the claims adjuster. They called and e-mailed me to keep me up to date on what was going on with my vehicle. They also worked with my insurance so that it didn't cost me anything nor did it go against me. Even detailed my vehicle and another one other for free.

This was my second time utilizing
Fairview Heights Custom Cars Provider Name Locked
. I had previously utilized the company in 2012 when the name of the company was Serramont Auto Body Plaza. The service received on both occasions was excellent. Quality work done at a reasonable price coupled with responsive customer service are the hallmarks of the company. My advisor on this visit was
Fairview Heights Custom Cars Provider Name Locked
, who furnished me a ride home following dropping the vehicle off.
Fairview Heights Custom Cars Provider Name Locked
was my advisor in 2012. Both individuals were highly knowledgable of the work which needed to done and both had carefully explained what was to be done, the costs involved, and the length of time the car would be in the shop. I would recommend

without hesitation.

This is our second excellent experience with Mr.
Fairview Heights Custom Cars Provider Name Locked
. He quoted on the above work. We provided the cup holder. He indicated he never put one in before.

He said our 10 year old lights were in terrible condition and indicated they would have to be removed to
Fairview Heights Custom Cars Provider Name Locked
properly. He said indicated 60-70% restoration possible. The hood was the main concern we had. He also spot painted some other nicks. He said those wouldn't be perfect and would just be filled in. I admire his complete honesty.

Our car was in his shop for three days and I must say we were thrilled with the outcome.

He is honest, very professional and does what he says.

Our 10 year old 5 series BMW looks like new.

Repaired my sisters Lexus after a front end Collision over a year ago. She was given a lifetime warranty on all the work that was done. I have watched her try to redeem this warranty on a cracked windshield.
Fairview Heights Custom Cars Provider Name Locked
was the only one who had access to the car and yet they told my sister that someone must have dropped the winshiled wiper against the winshield causing the crack. Thus this was her expense.
Now after driving around with a bumper hanging off of her Lexus, they have informed
Fairview Heights Custom Cars Provider Name Locked
that she must have had a significant bump to the front of her car to cause the bumper to hang off of her car like this. It is difficult to imagine that a bump occurred without any

or indications of impact, but ther you have it.
If you are considering this vendor because of their warranty, think again.

I chose
Fairview Heights Custom Cars Provider Name Locked
because they were highly referred to me by a trusted friend.
When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. My overall feeling is that this company knows its craft, has integrity and a sense of service. Fiaz even offered to pick me up from the Enterprise car Rental as the wait for a ride was too long. He also dealt with the insurance and made the whole incident hassle free for me. The service was rendered with punctuality, in a personable and professional manner. This was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend

When we dropped our car off both the navigation and storage compartment were working as expected. When we picked the car up the navigation screen would no longer open and the storage compartment latch was broken.
We are certain that both items were fine when we dropped the car off. A service technician had called us to let us know the radio wasn't working. This was a known issue as the amp had been removed and I was looking for a replacement part. The navigation screen opens when operating the radio and we believe it was manually closed instead of using the proper button. As a result it appears this has broken open/close mechanism for the navigation screen.
I had opened the storage compartment when we dropped the car off to retrieve my sunglasses. At that time it was fine. When we picked it back up and I went to open the storage compartment to put my sunglasses back in, I found the latch was broken.
When these issues were addressed with the manager, my wife was told the car is old and these are things that break on this age of car. We emailed the customer satisfaction email about a month ago and haven't received any response.
