Business Description: Alternative Dimensions Remodeling offers complete home improvement and handyman services. Our goal is to help our customers improve the functional beauty of their home and the quality of their life by paying special attention to needs and details through ecology minded design, materials, and craftsmanship. Time and material (T&M) Service Call Rates are as follows: Most General Professional Services, such as Electrical, Carpentry, and Plumbing range from $55.00 to $70.00 per hour and include the services of an experienced liscenced tradesman and when needed one assistant. Handyman Services, such as those services not requiring a liscenced tradesman, generally range between $30.00 to $65.00 per hour depending on the level of skill required and the number of workers needed to complete the job. All of our workers are fully insured, and bonded if required. All of our work is guaranteed for 30 days. So if anything we did goes wrong we will fix it at no additional charge. We are not satisfied until the customer is satisfied. We do not charge for overtime, nor do we charge extra for weekends or emergency calls. For larger projects, estimated quotes are recommended. We charge $85.00 for new kitchen, bath, and basement design work-ups. However, the cost of the design will be credited against the price of the work at contract signing.
