Business Description: We provide primary medical services in the home setting to the elderly and disabled. We provide primary care services in the comfort of your own home. We provide the expertise, coordination of care, and peace of mind for you and your loved ones. One of the main goals of our practice is to reduce hospitalization rates. Typical new patient visit is between 30-45min. long, where he goes over all their medications (medication error is one of the major cause for hospitalization). Since, he sees the patients every 4-6 weeks, patients can stay healthier and avoid unnecessary ambulance calls etc. Dr. Patel is very proactive in adapting new techniques and treatments in the practice for the betterment of the patients. He uses PRP(Platelet Rich Plasma) for wound care which heals wounds in exceptionally less time as compared to traditional wound care.
