Business Description: All C-Sons is a family owned and operated business. We started small but have consistently grown over the past two years. There are several family members (Father, Sons, Brothers, Nephews, Cousins...you get the picture)that all work either full or part-time as needed on projects under the direction of the principals. On occasion we do have the need for subcontractors - for example, if we need deliveries or heavy machine operators, they are contracted in as needed. This is no different than most companies, as we do not keep crane operators or large truck owner/operators on staff. The landscape industry does not require licensing in Illinois, however we are a legitimate business with a 2 Million Dollar insurance policy protecting your home or office. This is a larger policy than needed due to our snow removal contracts with several church and business organizations. It is possible to have you or your company listed as additionally insured during our projects. All of our estimates are provided free of charge, and many times we can quote a job using your digital photos and common sense. We do not have to drive to your home, if you can tell me that you have 500 square feet of Sod that you would like installed. I will just make sure we discuss the project, and will verify the measurements after you tell us we are going to win the bid at the price presented. There is no reason to "Force a meeting" if it is not required. We are happy to work with a home owner - not against them. As for...Special Discounts for Angies List Members: We have built our business by offering incredible prices to any and all clients that allow us the opportunity to quote services - and I do not believe in raising prices so that I can undercut them with a fake discount. So instead of pricing games - I will provide an additional $50 service for free when contracting with our company. For example: If you want a lawn mowed that cost $24.95 then perhaps we clean your gutters or pressure wash your drive way on our first visit as well? We are happy to work with anyone that allows us the opportunity to serve them. Other fun facts: My children already consider themselves employees of the company. It is not unusual for the next generation of the family to join my father and I when making a sales call to teach them the business. It is our belief, like it was my grandfathers...that a little hard work never hurt anyone. Teaching them responsibility and how to earn an allowance or paycheck is a big part of why we started this business. I welcome you to view our company facebook page: search for All C-Sons Landscaping & Snow Removal for recent photos, and up to date testimonials - good or bad - they are displayed for all to see! I look forward to working with you, and making All C-Sons your contractor of choice!
