"On 1/13/14,
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
took $260.93 out of my bank account by mistake. Third billing cycle later, 4 managers telling me the money will be returned, date, after date passes, it is not. My monthly phone bill is only $55/month. I am disabled, on fixed income & their mistake has overdrawn my bank third month in a row. Reporting to VISA, Better Business Bureau & YELP."

"I ordered a phone, paid $160 for it. I paid $15 for overnight delivery, and ordered it by the cutoff time, yet it was not shipped. When I called this am at 10 AM, I was assured that it would be here today. At 5 pm they finally told me that it wasn't shipped until today!

"This whole thing started out when I went into the local Verizon Store on or about December 16, 2013. I have been a Verizon Customer for almost 2 decades and want to upgrade my plan, get new phones for my wife and self, and my son wanted to go on his own plan so I would be dropping one line from my account. I was greeted and met with
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
, that stores manager. I explained the I wanted to drop one line, and get a new
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
Phone for my wife, and that I wanted to upgrade from the Apple 4S to the 5S in Gold. I asked if there was any problem in getting the 5S in Gold, and was told that they have them in stock all of the time. I told Mr.
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
it would be back in a couple of days to firm up the upgrade. About 3 days later I returned and talked to Mr.
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
once again. I told him the exact
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
phone my wife wanted and told him that I wanted the 5S in Gold for sure. I was again told that they have them in stock and would guaranty that they had one for me for the upgrade date. With that in mind I set an appointment for 12-31-13 @ 11:00 AM for my son, wife and self to be there and get our new phones and upgrades. I told him that to insure that everything was there and ready to go I would prepay for both phones in full that day. I was told once again that there was no need to do that, that he would personally handle the fact that both phones would bee there on the appropriate date and time. December 31, 2013 at 11:00 AM we are all there, ready to handle the transaction, and were then told by Mr.
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
that the Verizon 5S phones were out of stock. I told him that he guaranteed me that phone would be there, in fact he was going to set one aside to insure that I had my phone. I was heartbroken to say the least, but maintained my professionalism. Mr.
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
said he would get my new I-Phone 5S very soon, but in the mean time I could use a new Silver 5S they did have in stock for three days until my new 5S Gold came in. I went along with it after being told in would be in for sure at the latest that following Monday. I did the required paperwork, and was told that I cant remove the plastic off of the phone or he couldn't resell it as new. I also couldn't download my contact information from my computer, or
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
this phone. He attempted to add my e-mail to the new phone, but was unable to do so because it wasn't registered. Monday came and went, another Monday came and went, and on the last Monday I was told that my phone came in, but the manager was off that day and was unreachable until he came back to work on Tuesday. The gentleman that was working said that the manager himself had to be the one that could authorize the use of the Silver 5S and transfer everything to my new Gold 5S. So I had to wait until the next day. I am assuming that someone got my new used 5S silver phone thinking it was new. It took almost 3 weeks to get the phone that was phone that was promised me to be there ready to go on December 31, 2013. This is the most unprofessional store manager I have ever had contact with. During my many visits to the store my conversation was interrupted by a sales person selling soap to Mr.
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
for his personal use. Mr.
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
told me to hang on a second, turned to the salesman and tell him how much he loved the soap, but didn't bring any money to work with him so he would take the cash out of the store cash drawer and replace it later. I also observed a on coming young male employee who had just come on shift on another occasion tell Mr.
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
that the store cash box was short $20.00. Mr.
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
replied, "I was short some cash, so I took it out of the box, don't worry about it, I'll put it back later! I sent an e-mail of complaint to
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
on 1-17-14, and got an automated response that it was received, that someone would get back with me shortly. Well it has been a week, no call, no e-mail, nothing. It is like they don't care about their customers. I'm done with
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
, I'll stay with Verizon, but I will go to another store where they tell the truth.

"My wife and I have been Verizon customers since May of 2011 and have been very pleased with the quality of the phones and the service provided. Over time, however, the cost of that service per month has taken a larger percentage of our monthly budget than we felt we could afford. Our options seemed limited; replacing our smart phones with 'dumb' ones was one we'd looked at, but when we heard about Republic Wireless we felt it was too good to be true.
Investigating Republic (Consumer Reports as well as word-of-mouth from someone we knew who had that service) as well as their no questions asked return policy helped us to give them a try. We signed up for the plan that includes 3G when away from a wireless hot spot for $25.00/phone/month (a savings of over $50.00/phone/month). The directions for starting the phones were very clear, and I had no difficulty transferring my number over. My wife chose not to transfer her number until she saw how it went with mine; when we decided to go ahead we initially had some trouble moving her old number from Verizon, but the help 'desk' folks were able to resolve that issue quickly once they understood what was happening.
The switching from wireless hot spot to 3G has been seamless whether on a phone call or using

or my GPS. Both of us are avid Republic fans now and I cannot recommend them enough. Give them a try; you'll not be disappointed.

"If you are considering (or, more likely, limited) to using ACS for broadband internet, you need to contact them immediately. I submitted an online request (which I don't recommend, as there was no method to indicate that you want to take advantage of whatever discount they might be offering, nor was their any confirmation that my request had been received). After no contact for four days, I called them and was politely told that it had been less than a week and that they would contact me soon. However, I was able to request the discounted price that had been unavailable on the website (though the ACS rep was a little hurried in his explanations and I couldn't seem to get answers that I could understand). Thirteen days after my initial request, I still had no contact from ACS. I called and was told they might get to it in a few days. On the 16th day after my initial request, I received a voice-mail: it essentially said that they had some questions about my service installation and that if I didn't call them back in 24 hours then they would cancel my request. I called them and gave them the information they required (though I'm not sure why they couldn't have asked on any of my other calls) and they said that someone would call soon to schedule installation. I did receive a call the following day and was told that the first available appointment was six days later. Sure enough, the installer arrived six days later (a full 23 days after my initial request) to install the equipment. For some reason, he wasn't able to install it in the room we requested (though, he was able to install it in the next room over). The best thing I can say about the service is that it appears to be what I paid for...it's providing the download speed that was advertised.

"I had been with AT&T Cellular for over ten years, really without problems, however when I moved into my new home there was NO Cell service with AT&T. The insisted that there WAS cell service, but to the best of my knowledge never actually came to this area to check. I had ongoing phone calls with myriad people for at least two months, for a total of at least 12 hours on the phone with them. They sold me a micro cell for my home, which only worked sporadically. I finally decided to change carriers as Verizon could provide service. I went the rounds with AT&T but ended up having to pay a $276.00 early termination fee. My thoughts are we had a contract, they were to provide service, and I was to pay for it. Theyu did NOT live up to their end of the contract, as they could not provide service, however I was still charged the early termination fee.

"The field technicians are always great; no complaints with them. The problem is with
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
phone support (and in the past with their billing department). I upgraded to Quantum and immediately suffered an internet outage. After 3 reboots of the terminal point outside, I finally convinced them to send out a technician. This meant spending hours on the phone and repeating the same steps. After the technician came out and did some work outside and replaced the router, another router arrived, but with no paper work where to return it.....I had been told to return the old router in the box the new one arrived in. Again, spending close to 15 minutes just to asked where didi I need to return the device, I got someone; overall the call took 30 minutes. While I had them on the phone, I mentioned that I had TV remote that seemed to be failing and could I get a new one. Now, there is a charge. Or I was told just to use my cell phone and download an app. Overall, this company is no worse than the other telecoms, but customer service is poorly lacking.

"It's fantastic. For the price, it's the best option. I have great service everywhere I go, even in elevators. The process is
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
and I can buy plans as I need them instead of having to be in a contract. I am very happy with this service and I'll continue to use it in the future.

"Internet service would drop out. Called tech support and spoke to someone that could barely speak English . Reset as he specified and problems still continue .

"Well we went to the
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
website and saw different vendors that we were interested in; particularly Protect America. We had ADT at the time. But the service only covered the front, garage, and patio doors plus one motion detector. We contacted Protector America from the
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
website. They asked us what type of service we had and what we wanted. We explained that we wanted the entire home secured. So they told us to count all the doors and windows in our home. We did and it totaled to (14) fourteen. To get the service it costs us the first month's service $44.00 and they sent everything in the mail! All we had to do was place and stick the sensors at each window or door while Protect America programed each sensor into their system. ADT was asking for $1300.00 to secure the entire home.
We also noticed that we were able to sign up for satellite TV. We had Directv and was interested in the commercial free
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
DVR. So from the same website we signed up for DISH. Dish came out installed the new satellite and also with the promotion they were running we got an ipad too. Then we decided to sign up for the enhanced health care program. I work for the government and our prescriptions are low. But we found out that the enhanced health care program was cheaper than ours by a few cents!
Also noticed the site offered prepaid cell phone service called Mobi. I was already with Sprint and Mobi's service is on the Sprint's network. It is like I never left Sprint, but I got cheaper bill for unlimited talk, text, and data for $60.00 a month!
We liked
Bloomington Cell Phone Companies Provider Name Locked
so much that we signed up to be independent reps. www2.
