Business Description: We are a small /owner operated general contracting construction company, that has been in business since 2000.. We have two full time employees for general repairs, carpentry and maintenance. We use professional reliable subcontractors for the various special, certified sevices (electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, roofing, etc) that we offer. All Subcontractors are licensed, bonded and insured, w/ a long history of integrity/ references. We offer a 5% discount to senior citizens. All work comes w/ a one to five year guarantee on workmanship, which is based on the work being offered. All material used is of high quality, and carries the full warranty offered by the product manufacturer. We offer "off season sales" during the winter months, as well as some seasonal specials. All work is performed under contract. Payment for sevices are accepted in the form of approved checks, financing or other preapproved arrangements.
