Unfortunately, he didn’t check to see if turning off the downstairs bathroom water would affect the upstairs bathroom as well. He left about 6 pm that night according to my tenants. About an hour later, the tenant called to let me know that the upstairs toilet and the cold water upstairs in the shower and sink were suddenly not working. I called
