"A pleasent exprerience. They spent time adjusting the frames till they were perfect. Turn around time was pretty good. The selection is quite limited, both in terms" of styles and top name designers, but if you are not too picky you will pick up a nice frame for under $100.

"Excellent service! Friendly, straight-forward, and excellent discount on check-in for oil change!

Tires not only transfer the engine’s horsepower directly to the road, their grip ensures your car handles, turns and brakes safely. Overlooking tire maintenance can lead to poor fuel economy, poor handling and possibly hazardous driving conditions.

The special tread design of snow tires, also known as winter tires, allows drivers to move easily through snow and ice, say tire experts on Angie’s List.

Tire Buying And Repair reviews in Sandpoint

A friend recommended
Sandpoint Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
to me. So I called
Sandpoint Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
as well as
Sandpoint Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
's Club and Walmart for quotes. At
Sandpoint Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
a real live person (
Sandpoint Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
in my case) answers the phone and is able to give knowledgeable advice.
Sandpoint Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
, after a tire rebate they had available, was even the cheapest.
Rebates at
Sandpoint Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
is painless because they copy the rebate forms so that they are large enough to write legibly in. They give you a copy of your rebate form and receipt and an addressed envelope with the rebate and receipt copy that you just have to put a stamp on and throw in the mail.
Also, they managed to fit me in, same day. That was not necessary in my case (the tires on my car were in bad shape but still functional) but was appreciated nonetheless.

I recently purchased four Goodyear Assurance® All-Season tires from
Sandpoint Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
, in Northern Kentucky. Without question, this has been the worst customer service experience in my lifetime, regardless of the product or service.
Tuesday 7/21
On Tuesday, 7/21, I agreed to have the tires installed with an alignment included in the price. I elected to wait during this installation. Two and a half hours later I was informed that a bolt had broken for the rear alignment. I was told I would be contacted as soon as repairs could be made.
Wednesday 7/22
On Wednesday 7/22, I was informed that a "Left Rear Carrier" was damaged during the installation process and would require replacement.
Thursday 7/23
On Thursday 7/23, I was informed that the "Left Rear Wheel Speed Sensor" was damaged during the installation process and would require replacement.
Friday 7/24
On Friday 7/24, I was informed that I owed a total of $293.47 over my tire purchase price. The "new" figure included the tires, installation and parts necessary to repair the damage done to my vehicle.
Interestingly, these broken parts and "necessary" mystery repairs happened right after my Goodyear Credit Card application was approved with a robust balance. Perhaps the owner and his associates decided I could afford more. This series of events smacks of fraudulent activity.
I refused to pay the amount that included the unauthorized repairs, agreeing to pay ONLY the originally agreed upon $515. The Service Advisor, stated that I would have to wait till Monday 7/27, as no member of ownership was present. Oddly, I had just passed the owner at the front desk assisting another customer.
I addressed the issue with store owner, who has a dismissive and indifferent attitude toward his customers. I was escorted outside, with the Service Advisor, to have a consultation at a parking lot picnic table. I then wasted a half an hour of my time explaining what had occurred. I was treated in a most disrespectful manner, nearly as if on trial.
The owner stated that I would have to wait till Monday to discuss the issue with his sister and partner, as should had "heard" the conversation that I had with the Service Advisor via telephone.
He refused to release my vehicle unless I paid in full. He refused to accept the originally agreed upon payment for tires and installation. Effectively, my vehicle was held hostage and I was coerced into making an extortion payment, under duress to gain access to my property.
This location and these owners are unscrupulous at best and thieves at worst. Since the original owner has passed, this Brother and Sister ownership "team" clearly value profits, price gouging and predatory retail practices over ANY form of basic customer service. They have lost many good mechanics, some who had worked years for them, due to these practices. I had heard the rumors, and frankly didn't think it could be that bad. It's worse.
Surely the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company values its customers and reputation more than allowing shysters like
Sandpoint Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
Sandpoint Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
their hard earned, good name. There are far too many consumer options available to allow this egregious conduct to continue.
Thank you for reading. If you never patronize this business, count yourself lucky.

Made an appointment for the repairs. Arrived on time and they had my car in the shop on the rack before I left (dropped off). The service mechanic made sure to call with findings, and garner approval for repair. No upselling. Front desk associate was friendly and offered ride home. They completed the work by mid afternoon. I was actually expecting a higher charge for the work, but was satisfied with the amount charged and the work completed. The service person that was the contact at the garage was

They were there on time and the job was completed in 1 hour. They did a great job and it was very convenient. I had purchased the tires from TireRack and they were rated first on their list. What I didn't realize is that they also sell tires and may have saved me a few $$, so I will give them a call for my next set of tires.

I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

On June 2, 2015 I was
looking for a tint company to tint my car. I was given a company located at
Sandpoint Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
ave in WPB, by (Angieslist). I Gps
this location and quickly found the general area, but the name of the business wasn't
readily visible as this is a commercial property that has several bays. So I
pulled up into this property and I was immediately in a loud and disturbing
voice ORDERED to park my car in a parking space on the property by an unknown
white male. He was uttering, pull over here pull over here pull over here; as I
was rolling down my windows. I asked him is this the
Sandpoint Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
tint company
and he kept uttering the same thing pull over here pull over here. So at this
time I'm a little confused as to; who he is and why is he trying to tell me in
a forceful way to park in a parking spot.
About this same time
a staff member from the
Sandpoint Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
tint company tries to tell me this is the
place and to pull into the bay for my 9am appointment. As soon as I go to pull in and the staff
member is directing me in as well into the bay; this guy who has not identified
himself yet, moves in front of the bay
door and kept yelling pull over here about 3 more times. At this time I was
p***** and I almost said forget it and started to drive off, but I needed this
job done.
So I gets out and ask who is this f******
idiot guy and no one responded but the tint guy stated that that was the Owner of the property and
the Owner of
Sandpoint Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
. So when I found out I told him the owner he was a
j****** idiot. The tint guy apologized repeatedly for his LANDLORDS behavior that
obviously had nothing to do with me.
Now keep in mind I
carry a Police grade Pepper Spray Gun at all times because of the area I reside
in. So when I got out he/Owner saw that it was clearly visible hanging on my
right side, by the STATE of FLORIDA statues and he basically racially profiled
me being that I was a black guy totting what he thought was an actual gun.
He called the Palm
Beach County
Sandpoint Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
on me. As I was sitting
in the Tint companies waiting room (2) uniformed
Sandpoint Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
came in and said they
were summoned about a BLACK MAN with a gun on the premises. So I
told them what it was and the male
Sandpoint Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
immediately knew what it was,
examined it gave it back, apologized and left with his female Officer. I walks
out and I see 6 police cars and a Helicopter in the air.
All this was
unnecessary and uncalled for as I did nothing but try as a businessman myself come
and patronize and get my car done at one of his TENANTS companies...
I felt that he
racially profiled me and I felt he did it out of racial malice, control and
For that we are
BOYCOTTING him until he corrects his wrong doings...With a public Apology on TV
and in the news....
Please feel free to

Sandpoint Tire Shops Provider Name Locked
is very good. It's a place a single female can go and feel comfortable they won't be cheated. They've always been very honest people.
- Carla W.

Service offered met expectations. However, I had to make a second trip as my first appointment got dropped off their system some how and I had to make a new appointment to come another day.
- Ravikanth K.

I needed new tires . The staff were all extremely friendly, the estimate was accurate, and they did the work in the amount of time they said they would. I'll definitely be coming here from now on.
